There are many activities on this and neighboring islands. The loft was clean and large. There were two great master bedrooms and baths. There are several eateries here within walking distance.

This property is exemplar of the perfect VRBO rental. It was clean, no odor, and the kitchen and bathrooms were very high quality construction / renovation. It is also truly in the best walkable location for SSI, as advertised. I wish every short-term rental property I stay in is of this quality.

This was my second stay in these condos and this condo didn’t disappoint. Centrally located in the heart of the village, made walking to the pier, shopping and eating out easy peasy. After staying out all day at the beach, the overlooking second story porch made it relaxing to sit and unwind while people watching. With minimal issues with parking (there is 1 assigned spot someone kept parking in) and mild maintenance issues, it was a perfect stay. My family loved it immensely and commented they would like to stay in the future themselves. Thank you for having us.

We enjoyed our weekend stay. It was just my husband and I, but we had plenty of room for another couple or our adult girls. There were 2 nice size bedrooms/bathrooms, a 1/2 bath, full sized kitchen with a great table for 6 and a roomy living area. We enjoyed the extra space and sitting on the balcony overlooking the street. The weather was beautiful during our visit.

The balcony overlooks Mallery Street, right in the heart of the Village. Needless to say, it was where we spent morning coffee time, and of course, happy hours. We will definitely be coming back.
