As you enter this townhouse you will enter in the lower level where there are 2 very comfortable bedrooms, 1 full bathroom and the laundry room with brand new front load machines. The next level up is the full kitchen with dining area and a very spacious and comfortable living room. You will also find a half bath on the second floor. The third floor / loft is very comfortable space that also includes a full bath. We love this home and sure you will as well.

Great spot to stay for a trip to Holiday Valley

This house is pretty amazing looks like they recently updated a lot of it. Place and decor have lots of character and makes you feel at home and relaxed. You can walk right to the lift from here to hit the slopes. Truly a great location. Host how well informed check in info which made it a breeze. Highly recommended.

The house is super convenient to walk to the lifts for skiing. We even felt comfortable letting our teenage kids go on their own. The house was clean and updated and perfect for two families to share. We enjoyed our stay.

Birthday Ski Trip

A group stayed here for a birthday ski trip over new years. Directions and access were flawless. The property suited my group perfectly. Number of bedrooms and restrooms were suitable. Proximity to skiing and town were ideal for our mixed group of skiers and non skiers.

Beautiful condo!

This condo is amazing! Newly renovated and perfect for a skiing vacation. Due to warmer weather, we were able to ski one of our two day stay. We spent some time in the cute downtown area of Ellicotville. Rave reviews! Thank you!!

New Year Stay

Thank you so much for sharing your property with us. While the skiing was not the best, we still had a fantastic time! The condo was clean and beautifully accommodated our group of adults and teens. Best Stay Ever

We have been traveling to this area to ski for 40 years and have stayed at many different properties. The place we stayed this year was one of the most outstanding places that our group has ever booked It was beautifully decorated, had plenty of space, and far exceeded our expectations. The plates, utensils, and cookware was the best I have ever seen at a rental property. We would recommend this property to anyone and plan to rent it again.

Ellicotville Eclipse Trip

The property is in a great location. Its just a few minutes to restaurants & shops (& skiing in the winter). There was an issue with the property not being quite ready when we arrived. We contacted the owners & they were quick to respond & address the issues. Plenty of space & quiet area.

Christmas stay

Super convenient location right across from Holiday Valley Inn and wonderful place! My husband and I stayed in the upstairs loft and our three adult children (16,22,24) stayed on the lower level with plenty of room. The kitchen was well stocked and we loved the large size picnic bench style kitchen table for when we played cards. Great communication with owners and easy check-in and checkout process. Listing was as stated other than you do need to bring your own soap, shampoo, and conditioner. Would highly recommend!

Spring Skiing In February

This was our second time taking the grandkids skiing at Holiday Valley. The first time it snowed for three days. This time the forecast was for highs in the 50’s, not good. Despite the early spring skiing conditions we had a wonderful time and our stay at Alan and Mike’s place had a lot to do with that. They were so helpful with all of my pre-trip questions. And when we arrived it got even better. Checking in was a breeze and the location was absolutely perfect, right across the street from the Sunrise chairlift! The condo was immaculate. The kitchen had everything we needed. There’s plenty of extra bedding and towels. And that heated ski locker right out the front door was amazing. Even though the conditions weren’t great, we had to drag the kids off the slopes, they loved it! We are looking forward to another stay!

Why they chose this property

This property truly has it all. The location across the street from Holiday Valley can not be beat. The unit it totally renovated and incredibly compfortable. Its been the best vacation home for us.

What makes this property unique

This location is the absolute best. It's a 200-yard walk to the Sunrise lift and an even shorter walk to the Holiday Valley Pools, golf course, restaurants/bars and all that Holliday Valley have to offer.
