Settle for nothing but the best! Longer-term stays are welcome. Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. Great for the family needing a home as they build or when between homes. Ideal location for a quick commute to hospitals and access to highway. Located in one of the fastest-growing areas of Fort Wayne. Clean, well-appointed, and spacious. This is nestled in a quiet addition near shopping, schools, great dining, Jorgensen YMCA, and many churches. Higher-end neighborhood. This is a traditional ranch style home with little to no elevation changes or stairs in the home. 3 generously sized bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms with one bathroom located in master suite. (3) Queen beds and a twin bed for sleeping of 7+. Well sized two car, attached garage. Traditionally sized kitchen and newer appliances. Washer and dryer in laundry room. Dining area and two living rooms with plenty of comfortable seating. Large back yard joining neighborhood walking paths and community park area for the kiddos!

House was perfect for housing myself and 3 employees. Kitchen was decently stocked with pots and pans for cooking. Quiet neighborhood.

Great location and layout

We’ve stayed here twice now because we loved the location and space in the house. Unfortunately, this past time we arrived things were starting to fall apart (mostly small things). Coffee table was broken, broken door on the entertainment center, curtain rods loose and falling, etc. Overall the stay was pleasant and the location was great. No issues with check-in or communication. It just needs a little TLC.

Grandson open house

no travel crib or spa as advertised. Not enough towels when arrived. Host did provide more. Toilet in guest bathroom squealed after flushing. Notified host . did not fix but was told to jiggle something inside tank to make stop. Fan in guest bedroom did not work. Ants in master bathroom. Killed couple of spiders in kitchen. Location was perfect. If things mentioned were addressed I would stay again

Disappointed with amount of serving dishes, glasses, (no wine glasses), no children games or toys. Evidence of active mice. Blankets left wet in dryer. TV remotes in den not working. Place was clean but needs some maintenance attention - dish washer not working, wash machine makes lots of noise when spinning, sliding screen door off den works very hard. If these things were addressed would stay again. Good location to Fort Wayne.

We chose this neighborhood because it was an established area in SW Fort Wayne that showcases local hospitality. Great neighbors, a stones throw from Lutheran Hospital and IU Health. Quick 5-7 minute drive to downtown Fort Wayne and quick access to HWY 69. Great shopping and outlets, along with awesome foods close by at Jefferson Point. A safe, welcoming, traditional suburban area.

What makes this property unique

There are not many properties not owned and managed by us that are ranch style homes with amenities for those with mobility issues. This home is well appointed and is large enough for a bigger family but cozy enough on a single story to not get lost. We love the area and worked hard to build a very comfortable home in the area.
