NOTE: The King & Prince Board of Directors has approved a project to remove all floor tiles in the walkways and to re-coat with a product that will enhance the walkway surfaces and eliminate tripping hazards. This project will be disruptive, noisy and in some periods, may eliminate the ability for access to condos. This project will be ongoing through March of 2024 and resume November of 2024-March 2025.

Located on the 1st floor of the highly desired north villas, your patio opens out to the sprawling lawn which is a perfect spot to let the kids play as you have your morning coffee or enjoy happy hour and take in the stunning ocean view. There is one designated covered parking space in addition to other first come first serve parking.

Guest have access to the full amenities of the King and Prince Resort, including the main pool, tennis courts, and fitness center. The King & Prince main pool is heated in the cooler months.

Perfect Ladies Getaway

We were four women all in our 30s and 40s needing a girls weekend getaway. This condo was PERFECT. Very comfortable beds and furnishings. Kitchen had everything we needed and we loved the sunrises in the morning off the back patio. The access to K&P was especially appreciated.

Great Stay!

Beautiful setting and nice up-to-date condo! Everything we needed for a spring get away. The only problem was the water pressure in showers, practically non-existent. Otherwise, we loved location and condo!
