Recently renovated, this is the perfect location for your family & friends to enjoy Naval Academy events, boat shows, sailing experiences or just a relaxing getaway.

Our West Annapolis location allows for easy access to all that Annapolis has to offer! We are a short 10-minute walk to the Navy Football Stadium or the shops and restaurants in West Annapolis. Take a quick 5-minute drive to downtown “ego alley” at the Annapolis Harbor, or if you prefer, a leisurely stroll.

The Space:
This updated, spacious home has six bedrooms, 5 bathrooms, two outdoor patios and a fully finished basement for entertaining everyone!

The large, well-appointed kitchen is ready and waiting for a family gathering filled with cooking, laughter, and the creation of memories. The kitchen opens into a large family room complete with large, comfy couches, gas fireplace and large TV for a family movie night.

Off the living room, there is a dining table that can seat 4. The family room opens to a large patio with outdoor seating and gas grill. Additionally, there is a dining room with seating for 8.

Where you will sleep:
Each bedroom is designed for comfort, equipped with a TV, ceiling fan and cozy bedding.
The master bedroom on the second floor has an en-suite bath and King size bed. Retreat to the spacious deck off the master bedroom for a coffee or cocktail.

The second floor has 2 additional bedrooms that both have queen size beds.

The 3rd floor has a bedroom with a queen size bed and a second bedroom which has 2 trundle beds that can sleep up to 4. Each trundle bed can be made up as 2 twins. The first floor bedroom has a trundle bed as well that can sleep 2.

Entertaining Area:
The lower level of the home is an entertainer's dream, complete with two large flat screen televisions, ping pong and air hockey tables, games and corn horn boards! This home is truly something special!

There is dedicated parking for two smaller vehicles in the driveway and street parking is available.

The house is already booked for Commissioning Week 2023. Commissioning week rentals are done as a 7-night block from Ring Dance Weekend thru Memorial Day Weekend.

NOTE: This property follows cleaning and disinfection guidelines provided by the CDC, EPA, and WHO. The home is cleaned thoroughly, and we have disinfected our bathrooms, kitchens, and major touch points like light switches, doorknobs, tabletops, electronics, appliances, and control panels.

Guest Access:
The house is exclusively yours, without interruption during your stay, so relax, unwind, and make yourself at home.

Located right off Rowe Boulevard, West Annapolis is the perfect mixture of residences, retail, and businesses.

The neighborhood is within walking distance of several local Annapolis favorite restaurants and coffee shops such as Evelyn's, Bean Rush Café, Great Harvest Bread Company and Rutabaga Juicery & Eats.

Getting Around:
The home can fit two smaller vehicles or 1 large vehicle in the driveway and street parking is allowed in the neighborhood.

Vehicles are recommended to get around the Annapolis area. If you are traveling to the Downtown area, street parking is very limited, but there are parking garages around the area. Additionally, all of the Rideshare companies offer services to get around.
