Enjoy spectacular views while vacationing at this beautiful newly remodeled duplex situated at the edge of a 10 acre lake. Step no further than the back deck for unequaled photo opportunities in the center of Summit County. Unobstructed views of the Gore Range provide a breathtaking panorama from the bedrooms, living room, dining room and kitchen. The kitchen has everything needed for meal preparation as well as more than ample dishes and silverware.

Relax in one of the four spacious bedrooms. One of the bedrooms is on the main floor, three others are on the second floor. Our home has five queen-sized comfortable beds with memory foam mattress toppers. Our home has everything you need to entertain in style including a large dining table that seats 8 as well as a breakfast bar.

The newly remodeled home has all new kitchen cabinets and appliances as well as a new washer and dryer. All new flooring and many other features. The two-car garage is a definite asset.

In addition to the amenities that Summit County has to offer, the duplex is located a short distance from the Silverthorne Recreation Center which offers programs and activities for all ages. The home is conveniently located in the heart of ski country and just minutes from six ski areas. The summer season in Summit County provides every opportunity to relax and enjoy the outdoors.

This is a fantastic house. The kitchen is well stocked, there is a large refrigerator, full size washer and dryer, 3 bathrooms with great showers and very comfortable and ample furniture. The two car garage is large with a large driveway.The views of the mountains and lake are spectacular. There is a nice deck and picnic table.Karen, the host is very communicative and friendly.

Many good things here. To start the view is amazing and we had no idea it would be so beautiful. The home itself was as described and every amenity is covered. We typically cook a lot and this place has concluding several large pots for spaghetti, gumbo, soup etc.. The host was very accommodating and we only heard from her at our request and she was always prompt ! We have it on our bucket list now to come stay in the summer as the lake looks like it’s full of trout !

Enjoyed A Second Time

Our group was happy to find this property available after enjoying it for the first time in 2024. It is perfect for our needs with five beds for five male adults. A very nice neighborhood with restaurants and retail establishments only one mile away. Hope to stay there again!

My earliest years were of the small town in Kansas where I was born and have very fond memories. I live in a suburb of Denver full time close to my children and grandchildren and retired from a college library after 30 years. In addition, I very much enjoy and take pride in owning and renting the vacation home.

Why they chose this property

Summit County is so close to the Denver area. It's only a one-hour drive to the best the mountains have to offer. When the site became available it was an easy decision to buy the land and build. It's all about the views and the convenience of being in the center of it all.

What makes this property unique

Located on easily accessed streets in Silverthorne. Close to the recreation center, shopping, highways 6, 9 and I-70 and yet on a very quiet, secluded street. There are no neighbors behind the property - just the lake, the incredible views and the occasional wildlife that passes through.
