El Zonte / Surf City is one of the most beautiful beaches in all of El Salvador. I have met numerous people who were traveling through and ended up staying or returning for the duration of their vacation. It's a difficult place to leave.
The property is maintained by a full time Caretaker and and Housekeeper, which is included with your stay. This staff will be there to insure that you have what you need, when you need it. You are welcome to cook your own meal and clean your own rooms but we feel this is a waste of your valuable vacation time. Optional Services include; Cooking Service, Airport Pick Up & Drop Off, On Site Masseuse, Guided Tours, and Nanny Services.

The ocean front community of El Zonte / Surf City is located 45 minutes west of El Salvador's Comalapa International Airport (SAL), convenient to shopping in the Port Town La Libertad / Surf City, and this part of the coast line is scattered with local restaurants and activities. Nestled between mountains on three sides and the Pacific Ocean in front, it remains a secluded getaway for beach goers as well as a hot spot for local and international surf communities. CASA TIA TITA sits in the center of this active seclusion and is designed to offer the best El Salvador has to offer with all the comforts of home.
What makes this property unique
While staying at CASA TIA TITA we will be providing daily housekeeping as well as a cook to prepare and serve your meals. The kitchen is yours and available for your use at any time but we felt that you would have better things to do. I've found that a swim in the ocean, a dip in the pool and a good lunch will put me in the perfect mood for a siesta in the hammock. There are plenty of them hanging around. A walk on the beach will offer great food, entertainment, and if you're younger than I am, surfing. Lessons, and board rentals are available at multiple locations so there's no need to bring your boards with you.
