From the cozy living room to the gorgeous kitchen, inviting bedroom and modern bathroom, you will find that this newly-remodeled and well-appointed space serves as the ideal home away from home to explore all that Breckenridge has to offer.
From the moment you enter, you will find your comfort is top-of-mind with a conveniently located bench and ample hooks where you can unload your outdoor gear and make yourself at home. The gorgeous open-concept layout of the living/dining/kitchen area makes it easy to stay central to the fun whether you are whipping up a meal, playing a game or relaxing in front of the large, flat-screen TV. The homey living area boasts plush leather furniture, including a couch and a cozy recliner, as well as a roomy coffee table and a 50-inch, flat-screen TV. The couch doubles as a queen-size, pullout bed with a comfortable, memory foam mattress to ensure a night of peaceful rest.
Just off of the living area, you will find a convenient and space efficient dining area for four with stools that can tuck completely under the table to maximize space. It is ideally situated near both the living area and the lovely, updated kitchen, which features an island with bar seating for two, stainless steel appliances and sophisticated finishes that will delight the chef in your group.
When you’re ready to tuck in for a night of rest, make your way into the bedroom just off of the living area where you will find a cozy, queen-size bed with a luxurious memory foam mattress, nightstand on each side of the bed and a roomy closet. With its simple, modern decor, you will find it a tranquil retreat where you can drift off to sleep and prepare for another day of memory-making and fun.
The stunning, newly-remodeled bathroom is just down the hallway from the entrance/kitchen, making for easy access. Here you will find a single sink vanity with modern finishes and a large, walk-in shower with a glass door featuring fantastic tile work.
This entrance of the apartment is located just 10 yards from the shared, outdoor pool and hot tub area. A shared, coin-operated laundry facility is also located just down the hallway from an interior door of the home.

Guest Access:
Guests will have access to the entire home as well as a single parking space in the parking lot in front of the building. Guests are also welcome to use the shared spaces, including the pool, hot tub and coin-operated laundry facilities.
The Neighborhood:
This home's location can't be beat and places you in the heart of all that Breckenridge has to offer. It is a quick, 5-minute walk to historic Main Street, where you can explore countless cafes, shops, restaurants, galleries, museums and breweries. Just a block off of Main Street, you will find the Blue River Recreation path where you can get your nature fix with a stroll along the Blue River. Or make your way to the world-class slopes at Breckenridge Ski Resort, where you will find the QuickSilver SuperChair is just a short, 3-minute's drive away. In the summer months, take a hike on the Illinois Creek Trailhead or drive the scenic Boreas Pass Road, which are both located less than five minutes from this incredible home.
Getting Around:
This home boasts an incredible proximity to historic Main Street, which is just a 5-minute walk away. Once on Main Street, you can hop on the FREE Main Street Trolley and explore the myriad offerings along Main Street or connect with the larger Breck Free Ride bus system that offers various routes spanning all of Breckenridge and beyond. • Check-in is anytime after 4PM
• 50% of payment is due upfront and the rest of the payment is due (14) days before arrival.
• Booking Fee: We charge an additional, non-refundable fee of 2% of the total payment to cover the cost of booking processing.
• The credit card holder must provide a picture of the back and front of their ID via a secure and encrypted portal upon confirmation for fraud protection.
• Please promptly respond to any inquiries or requests for additional information to ensure the confirmation of your booking; failure to respond in a sufficient manner may lead to cancellation of the reservation.
