PARKING: To ensure a hassle-free stay, please adhere to the posted signs and parking allocations in Breckenridge, as parking is strictly enforced. If you require additional parking, the Town of Breckenridge offers paid overnight parking in two designated areas: 1) south of town at the Stephen West Ice Arena and 2) north of town at the Airport Road satellite parking lot (which also accommodates RVs and trailers).

WARNING: Please be advised that during the winter season, all driveways and roads may be covered with snow and ice, making it necessary for vehicles to have 4WD or AWD to safely navigate. Please note that we cannot offer refunds for cars that get stuck or require towing. Additionally, some homes may require 4WD or AWD during non-winter months due to uneven surfaces and dirt roads. For more information about your rental, please don't hesitate to contact us.COLORADO TRACTION LAW: During the winter season from September to May 31, the Colorado Traction Law is enforced for all drivers on I-70 between Morrison and Dotsero. This law requires vehicles to have either four-wheel drive or all-wheel drive with snow or mud+snow-rated tires, or specialized winter tires, chains or other traction devices for cars with two-wheel drive. It is important to make sure you have the correct equipment when driving in Colorado, so please speak with your rental car company if you are planning to rent.

- Parking is available for two cars, but once you get here you can walk to the Quicksilver chairlift, walk to town or take the free shuttle.
- Columbine Pool Complex varies in hours during the winter and summer season.
- The outdoor area doesn't have great views, but it nice to sit an enjoy the warm weather.

The condo is very well maintained. It’s perfect for a couple skiing at Snowmass. The concierge staff were very friendly and responsive. I would stay here again.

Great place and location
My family loved our stay. It is really close to the pool and hot tubs that we really enjoyed. The place was roomy and comfortable. It was a short drive into town and also was close to free bus service around Breckenridge. I enjoyed sitting on the back patio in the mornings and watching the birds, chipmunks and squirrels play. The parking space is tight but it was nice that it was a private covered space. Would definitely return.

Great space to get away
Amazing place to stay. Great location, easy access to downtown Breck, close to the pool and hot tubs. The kitchen is well stocked so you can cook in the condo, board games to play, and a great tv set up. My only “complaint” (hardly a big deal at all, and nothing they can do about it) is the parking space is TINY. We’re lucky our car fit in the space! So, if you have a large vehicle, you may need to park elsewhere. Absolutely recommend this place to anyone looking for a charming, quiet place to rest!
