Close to Peak 9 lift, everything was as advertised. Enjoyed the hot tubs at the end of the parking area each day. Short walk to town and the unit has space to keep your ski gear as soon as you walk in the door.

Wonderful and perfect for our family of 4

Everything in this condo is in excellent condition with some modern updates. The 2 pullout couches were perfect for our 2 kids. The foyer has multiple areas for boards/skis and an abundance of good plastic and material mats so you don't feel like you're bringing in too much snow. I made a mistake on my travel dates and the owner was very understanding and allowed us to extend our stay by a day with next to no effort. Will absolutely have this on the list of places to stay!

Great location. Love the neighborhood pool and hottub. Heated garage was a plus. Be aware there are stairs and no elevator but only one flight up from main level. Some sheets were missing but owners were super responsive and had them there under an hour. Walking distance to lifts. (If you need rentals, between the condo and lifts is Charter Rentals in Marriott lodge- You can leave your boots, skis there overnight and leave your shoes there during the day. Always easy checkin and checkout). Another fantastic Breck trip. Thanks!

Spent a long weekend at this property. Located a short walk from Main Street. Within walking distance to the lifts, but definitely not ski in/ski out. Very clean and updated. Had everything we needed. Hand lotion was a nice plus. Plenty of room for up to 4 people. Very good staging area for ski and boot storage. Underground parking garage is nice. No elevators so hiking up stairs might be a problem for some.

Great stay!

Easy walking distance to Main St., quiet street and nice shady area, so windows could be open at night (no AC in condo). only 1 flight of stairs to take luggage up. Beautiful and comfortable. Would definitely stay here again!

Great Unit and Location!

This unit was perfect for a couple or small family. We had always stayed at the Breckenridge sponsored hotels, but decided to try renting a condo and couldn’t be happier with our decision. The unit is a short, 5 minute walk to the Quicksilver chair lift and short walk to Main Street where there are many restaurants, shops, etc. The kitchen and bathroom were very spacious. Washer and dryer worked great. We also loved having a heated garage for our car. We will definitely try and stay here again next time we are in Breck!

There were 3 friends staying at this property. Perfect location - within walking distance to downtown. Beautifully renovated. Enough space for a group of 3 - 4. The fireplace made it extremely cozy. We didn't park in the garage, but had no issue with parking (during the time of year we went). Overall, I would absolutely stay there again. The owners did a great job with this unit.

Comfortable and newly renovated studio

The property had a water leak that was not repaired throughout the entire time we stay there. It was in the middle of the living room which prevented us from actually enjoying the space is that we could share together.

Very clean and fresh

It’s not typical that we rent a condo as fresh, modern and clean as this unit. The heated underground garage was a definite bonus. I’d recommend this unit to any family of four.
