Owner communicates quickly. Very accommodating when I needed to change dates. Davin the property manager was very helpful with arranging golf carts and fishing charters. I highly recommend.

3 bed/2 bath home for outdoorsy group! Comfortable beds/bathrooms, kitchen, close to everything

This was a work trip for 5 people, and the space was just perfect for what was needed of it. Location is great, you're near everything. Grabbers is 1 minute via golfcart, Nippers even closer. This is not a space to stay indoors, so keep that in mind. Beds are comfortable, kitchen was well stocked. Darvin was available everytime something was needed.

Disappointment

Great location, great front porch, water pump kept kicking off, bugs including flying ants and worms, ;no handle on second toilet had a string to pull, carpet was completely dirty and stained, living room TV has a burned in imagine on it, tub has a hole where faucet attaches, was not allowed to run generator through the night when power was out, could not reccmend you should refund at least half my money back. Darwin the property manager did a good job trying to manage a dirty broken property we are not happy with property.

Our house, Easy Breezy, offers waterfront activities just steps from the front door. The property is located next to Orchid Bay Marina within the settlement of Guana Cay. The house and dock may be rented for $575 a night although electric and water for the dock is an added expense. The porch has wonderful views of the harbor and evening sunsets. Enjoy a refreshing drink on the porch as you watch the fishing boats and yachts navigate the waters of Abaco.

Although you can explore most of the island on foot, you may also want to rent a golf cart to explore the outer lying areas. I highly recommend renting the golf cart from our Property Manager, Darvin Curry as he will meet and greet you at the ferry dock, deliver your golf cart, and introduce you to the island and Easy Breezy.

You may rent a boat to explore other islands, otherwise use the house kayaks or stand up paddle boards to explore the waters. If you are an experienced diver, be sure to go on a snorkel/scuba trip with our local dive experts from Dive Guana. Six (6) sets of snorkeling gear is provided with your rental to explore the largest reef in the Abaco islands located on the Atlantic side of Guana Cay.

There are restaurants and bars on the island, a coffee shop, liquor store, grocery store, and hardware store for all your needs while visiting Guana Cay.

Upon booking, we ask that you contact our Property Manager, Darvin Curry (+1 242 577-0003) to inform him of your time of your arrival so he can meet you at the dock and take you to the house.

Please remember it is a island with limited fresh water sources, so please be respectful of the water usage and minimize waste of water. There is also a generator in the event the electricity goes out. The generator will automatically start if the power goes out.
