The Romeo Fireside was clean and cozy. It is very convenient to the very cute Village of Romeo. Romeo offers good food, coffee and shops. Not to mention the orchards and farm stands. The host was very responsive.

We were very disappointed with the cleanliness and overall condition of this rental.The floors were so dirty that our feet became visibly black from walking around barefoot. The shower also did not drain properly, leaving us standing in accumulated water while showering. In addition, a fake fingernail was found in the unit, and a pacifier (binky) belonging to someone else was discovered while we were packing to leave. These issues raised serious concerns about the thoroughness of the cleaning between guests. We ended up washing everything we brought home after our stay.The unit is compact. While it technically accommodates four guests, the available space makes it difficult for everyone to move around comfortably. This is something future guests may want to consider when deciding whether the layout will meet their needs.The quality of the toilet paper provided was also surprisingly poor, adding to the feeling that basic guest comfort had been overlooked.What made this experience particularly disappointing was that the existing reviews consistently praised the cleanliness of the property. Unfortunately, that was not at all consistent with our experience. We expected a clean, comfortable space and were disappointed that the unit fell short of those expectations.We hope the owner takes this feedback seriously and addresses the cleaning and maintenance issues so future guests have a better experience.

Pristine Property with Plentiful Amenities

My family vacationed for 3 weeks at Fireside and found the space clean, convenient and peaceful. The owner was prompt to respond to inquires, the amenities were plentiful and I was able to relax and enjoy both the home and property outside. I highly recommend this property and hope to book future visits for myself and friends if I ever need a home away from home in the future!

10/10. Our stay could not have been better. The accommodations were comfortable and updated. Very peaceful and super quiet, with everything we needed. Communication was exceptional and the owner was very attentive. Whenever we are in the area and need a place to stay- this will be our choice.
