Mahana 1019 is a 2-bedroom, 2-bath condo that has been beautifully remodeled with a unique personal touch! This ocean front condo has unobstructed panoramic views of the ocean as well as the islands of Molokai and Lanai. You'll love the prime location of this corner unit, with privacy, no noise from the neighbors and pool views. From the spacious lanai you can relax, sip your delicious Maui coffee provided in your welcome gift, take in the magnificent sunsets, as well as spot turtles and watch whales breach during the winter months.

Relax on the large sectional sofa while watching the impressive flat screen TV, all with ocean and tropical views every way you look. The sectional also converts to a Queen sofa bed for additional guests. The fully equipped and spacious kitchen has everything you need to make all your meals in house and features gorgeous cabinets and granite countertops. You'll stay cool inside with central A/C throughout.

Step inside the serene and tranquil master bedroom featuring a luxurious King size bed, dramatic ocean views with lanai access, a large flat screen TV and an impressive ensuite bathroom offering dual sinks and a large walk in shower. Enjoy a comfortable King size bed in the second bedroom which also includes an ensuite bathroom with walk in shower and dual shower heads! Pack light as there is a large washer and dryer within the unit for your convenience. You'll also enjoy free Wifi and cable throughout.

The Mahana at Ka'anapali is a well-known upscale resort located at the north end of famous Ka'anapali Beach. The Mahana is in close proximity to the Ka'anapali Resort area and Whalers Village Shopping Center. You can walk to the nearby restaurants, cafes, boutiques, farmer's market, and local grocery store. The beach is directly in front of the resort and there is also a pool and tennis court on the property. Pool towels can be found near the lobby area and are available for all guests. The sand levels at the Mahana Beach can vary depending on the conditions. A larger beach also starts on the south side of the resort and continues for miles!

My Perfect Stays provides the condo with one beach chair per guest as well as a cooler for your use during your visit. In addition, they provide a one-time complimentary starter supply kit of all-natural Maui made shampoo, conditioner, soap and body lotion.

There are no additional resort or parking fees.

Mahana 1019 is professionally managed by My Perfect Stays, an on-island property management company.

NOTE: Please be advised that Mahana Resort will undergo roof maintenance from approximately May 1st, 2024, to July 24, 2024. During this period, the building's air conditioning system will be temporarily unavailable. Additionally, please anticipate noise associated with these repairs from Monday to Friday, between 8 am and 6 pm. Kindly note that dates are subject to change. We appreciate your understanding and patience during this maintenance period.

Bookings canceled at least 30 days before the start of the stay will receive a full refund.
Bookings canceled at least 14 days before the start of the stay will receive a 50% refund.
