Delight in Davie

Love this place. Very spacious. We had a party of 16 and there was plenty of room for everyone. We stayed entertained with the basketball goal, pool/hot tub, game room, cornhole, and movie room. Check in was smooth; early check in was allowed. The place was very clean. The showers were amazing. No worries of having no hot water due to a large group. And the best part is Chet and JC are a great host and concierge. Any questions, JC answered very quickly and Chet stayed in contact thru the entire stay. Couldn’t ask for a better place! And I definitely plan to rebook same time next year!

It would better the booking process to have all the payments go through the same payment method. The initial booking was via credit card, the deposit was required to be made via Zelle and the pool heat fee needed to be paid via Venmo. With regards to the property review, the lack of cleanliness and repairs needed throughout the property. In short, many things were broken including flooring (tripping hazard), AC in the main common area, game room equipment, kitchen appliances, and exercise equipment, and the pool waterfall. Bedding had stains, bath towels were in short supply, washing machine wasn’t working, lights would flicker, etc. I stayed here with my family. The size of the place was adequate for us, but the quality was well below what we expected for the price we paid.Best of luck to you in finding the right place for your family.

Family Reunion Success!!

Several family members and myself came together at this beautiful property for a cousin's wedding and mini family reunion. Some were traveling from overseas, some from other states, and some local to South Florida. The house couldn't have been more perfect! It was clean, it was stylish, it had all tne amenities, and it was spacious! We enjoyed ourselves and this property so much, my family has talked about future reunions with the hopes of returning to this property!
