This is an Adorable and completely renovated unit, part of a fourunit building with new tile floor, interior walls, doors and furniture. $50,000 in recent renovations including a totally new bathroom and a new kitchen with designer cabinets, quartz counter tops and new stainless steel appliances. All windows and doors have been replaced with large picture frame windows in the front providing magnificent views of the beach. First floor unit with beach access just 25 yards from front door.
