Other comfort amenities selected and provided by the owners are beach chairs & umbrella, beach towels, Bluetooth Speaker, Bodywash, liquid hand soap hand and hand sanitizer, paper products, Guests arriving to eagerly begin their time in our space find it clean, meticulously prepared with them in mind in accordance to current world health safety guidelines and with beds made, all linen and personal care essentials provided .
Steps to pool and boardwalk to beach. (no road to cross) Walking distance to state park. All linens provided. Free WiFi and cable TV. Fully equipped kitchen. One king bed/ queen sleeper sofa.
1 community pools, large sun deck and park style grills. Watch for dolphins from 2 decks! Pet friendly with deposit. We are Dog-Friendly and require a $100 pet fee per pet with a strict limit to two dogs maximum from our HOA. Failure to abide can mean immediate eviction and forfeiture of rent.

Our family stayed at this condo for a family vacation. The location was perfect with all of the amenities you need. The unit was clean, decorated nicely, and supplied with an array of daily items needed.

Absolutely amazing stay I’ve actually stayed at this property two times before and love the renovations. Such a quiet serene community. Great location went paddle boarding just one minute away and convenient to so many little quaint towns to shop and eat.
Wonderful and clean place to relax while in SGI! Everything was PERFECT!!!! Communication with owner was great. Condo was organized and clean! Owner allowed us to check in early. We loved everything about it and so did our fur baby!
We absolutely loved this condo and all that came with it! The pools were clean and cool, the beach access was so easy and close, I loved how dog-friendly the entire island was, we could literally take our little poodle anywhere. I appreciated how firm the HOA was at Ocean Mile and their dedication to keeping this property and its units ‘up to code.’ We will definitely be visiting again in the near future!!
My husband and I brought our almost 2 year old to stay at SGI and loved it! Such a short walk to the beach and the property was clean and well taken care of. We enjoyed the pool also. Such a quiet, family friendly beach.
It was perfect size for the two of us and our dogs. We also love the location and the access to the beach. This was the second year we stayed here( different condo) and the people were very friendly.

WOW! This place was amazing. It was very easy to check-in with a door code so we didn’t waste time getting keys or going to an office location for check in. The bed was comfortable and so was the couch. You have a view of the ocean off both decks (living room and bedroom). The morning sun is on the main deck so it is nice and shaded in the afternoon. Very pet friendly with a gate at the top of the stairs so your pooch can enjoy the deck off leash with no fear of a run a way. The pool area and grilling area is very nice as well. We have been to 300 ocean mile several times and this is one of our favorite places. Also the owner is very nice and was able to be reached if you have questions. This area of the island is very peaceful and nice.
Great neighborhood and great location to the beach. Place needs to be updated. Bathroom is small and dated, guess that’s why there are no pictures on line (Mirror was framed with black duct tape that was coming off). 4 paper towels were provided on an almost empty roll, lights were out in bathroom, all the canned lights in kitchen and on microwave were out as well, sheets and towels were left in the dryer. The location makes it a good place for a quick weekend like we had.

Thanks so much for leaving the unit in such clean and great shape during your recent stay as well as providing excellent feedback points. We strive to make each travelers stay, a pleasant and care-free experience. I wanted to provide clarification on some of the points mentioned in your review so that future travelers do not come into similar or same issues that might impact their stay. You mention lighting in the bath and that it was dated. The entire unit was updated 3 years ago and again another updated with new flooring on the living room level last year was completed. As you can imagine doing repairs or updates with high season in full swing prove to be impossible. We have plans to update the vanity as soon as we can this month as things have started slowing. The mirror had black spots from age and to temporarily try to make through the end of season, it was taped as a frame all around to cosmetically cover the bad spots. It was a quick Pinterest hack and maybe we should have just left ugly black spots all around it instead. Lighting the bath is by use of two switches one on the outside door in the hall that I believe is labeled fan, the other at the vanity which has a light bar of I believe 4 bulbs. The fan light has 1 bulb and was all working the day of your arrival. I actually left them on as well as hall entry and carport area. The lighting inside the kitchen is obtained from flipping the switches labeled at the base of the stairs for dining room and kitchen. The can lights you mention over the bar have a switch on the wall by the sink labeled and one light is out and we have an electrician replacing that can fixture but with all the other lighting it’s not been an issue with other guests. We were not aware of the microwave issue and appreciate the tip. The laundry you mention is the some extra towels we provided plus all of the extra towels filling the linen closet that other companies do not provide, we wanted to make sure that you had more than just 4 towels and as you I’m sure noticed the bedroom closet also has extra linens blankets etc.., we apologize that some of the extras were left drying but I pesonally made sure ample were provided given that fact. We also supplied both bar soaps, liquid soap bath wash toilet paper, laundry detergent, as well as a bag of ice and apologize that the housekeeper missed leaving a roll of towel paper. Based on the review with our team we could not locate any communication or request for services to correct the issues. We hope this did have a heavy impact and that you were able to enjoy the sand and surf!

We really enjoyed our time at the condo at 300 Ocean Mile. We have stayed in this condo previously and we’re glad we stayed again. We love that the beach is right there and you can just walk out there. Condo has everything you need for your stay. We are ready to come back.
