The Interior

The first floor bedroom offers a new queen bed, private balcony access and a hall bathroom with a stand up shower. Flowing into our living space is a fully stocked renovated kitchen with a stove/oven, microwave, refrigerator, and dishwasher and a bar facing the Gulf, offering incredible views while you prepare your meals. The living room and dining area feature new comfortable furniture, are on the same level just off the kitchen and offer an excellent open floor plan ideal for gatherings, with direct access to the half bathroom on this floor.

The second floor offers a comfortable master bedroom with fantastic Gulf views and a private balcony. The full private master bathroom offers a shower/tub combo. The laundry space is also located on this floor.
