Communications with Brandon were quick and easy, regardless of the question or issue. The unit has large rooms, plenty of space including two master bedrooms. Great space over all. Furnishings are very good – dressers, tables, all nice. Kitchen is well equipped with the tools and dishes and glasses you need other than a very flimsy can opener. It would not open a can. A very good selection of knives, plenty of dishes, bowls, coffee mugs and glasses. The A/C and heat worked well. The unit is on the second floor with 15 steps so not suited for anyone who may have difficulty with stairs because you’re going to be up and down many times. It is one of three units on the property that share a gorgeous pool well equipped with chairs and lounges. Lots of beach toys and carts plus shade so no worries there. You will need to provide items such as soap, shampoo, dish soap, seasonings, coffee (one hotel type bag was there) maybe coffee filters (I bought some) – it is a drip coffee maker. Toaster has a wide mouth for bagels. Silverware is low end but OK. There are two large couches for relaxing along with two La-Z-Boy type recliner/rockers that swivel. Six-place rustic custom dining table. Nice. The outside screened in porch is huge, on two levels with at least a dozen places to sit and on the landing deck at the stairway, there are Adirondack type high chairs. There is a fan in the screened-in section but it did not work (reported). SGI is all about oysters, beer, beach and fishing.
