THIS PROPERTY IS A 2 BEDROOM 1 BATHROOM QUADRIPLEX WITH PRIVATE IN GROUND SWIMMING POOL. ENJOY YOUR OWN PRIVATE COTTAGE WITH FAMILY AND OR FRIENDS. IT PROVIDES SOME OF THE BEST VALUE ON THE ISLAND AS IT IS LOCATED DIRECTLY ACROSS FROM THE BEACH ACCESS ON 8TH STREET. YOU CAN SWIM IN THE GULF AND ENJOY THE PRISTINE SAND OF ST GEORGE OR SWIM IN THE POOL, IT HAS THE BEST OF BOTH WORLDS. THE COTTAGES ARE ABOUT A 15 MINUTE WALK TO THE CENTER OF THE ISLAND WHERE YOU CAN ENJOY RESTAURANTS, BARS, SHOPPING, AND WHATEVER ELSE YOU CAN FIND. NEED A GOLF CART, TAKE ADVANTAGE OF OUR DISCOUNTED RATES EXCLUSIVE TO OUR CUSTOMERS STAYING AT THE BEACH BUM COTTAGES. 1 WEEK FOR $450!

Everything was accommodating lots of towels, kitchen wares were perfect the place keep clean. Living room furniture could be updated but is very pleasant to the eye. Over all we like our stay very much!

Despite the crazy wind all week we enjoyed our first trip to SGI. The cottages are in a great location. We loved staying there. The only negatives were that the shared wall is very thin and we could hear conversations through the wall. We had 2 nights where my daughter couldn’t sleep because there were 2 little kids next door screaming and banging around all night. The cottage could use some fixing up a little too. There is space around the doors and our first night there someone was using the grill and the smoke was blowing right into the bedroom under the door. We still enjoyed our stay and look forward to visiting again one day.

Great relaxing getaway for my husband and 2 kiddos. Easy access to the beach and pool was perfect for what we wanted. Beach bum cottage had everything we needed, clean, and great location. We rented a golf cart from the property manager, and that was a fun added bonus to our stay on the island. We will be back!

We came down for a short but pleasant getaway trip. The setup is very nice, as one unit is private enough for a couple, but the complex is perfect for a family trip, as we met a family staying in the other three units. The facilities are in great shape, and beach access is close and easy to use. The host was detailed and fast to address any questions we had. We will definitely return
