Saltwater is the perfect get-away on the beautiful beaches of St. George Island, Florida. Centrally located, Saltwater is within walking distance to shops, restaurants, playgrounds and the island hike/bike trails. Bruce State Park, with its nine miles of pristine natural beaches, is only a short ride from your beach get-away. An excellent location & delightful interior make this home a perfect choice for your vacation. Features two bedrooms on the first level. The first is a master suite with jetted tub & a King Bed that overlooks the Gulf. The second is a well appointed bedroom with another king bed and an on-suite bathroom. The third bedroom is an open 12 ft. high children’s loft with 2 sets of trundle beds. The living room also has a queen size sleeper sofa. Multiple TVs/BluRay DVDs, stereo & WiFi. Outdoor amenities include a private boardwalk to the beach, an outdoor shower to rinse off a day of fun in the sand, a park-style grill for fun family cookouts , and two spacious balconies overlooking the Gulf.This house is dog friendly and very child friendly (Pack-n-play, Highchair, ). Park your car and rent bikes or a golf cart to travel around the island. Owner is a licensed real estate agent in the state of Georgia

The house was perfect—clean, comfortable, and fully stocked with everything we needed. The location truly can’t be beat: everything was within walking distance, and the beach was just steps away. It was quiet, uncrowded, and ideal for relaxing all day. Even better, it was dog-friendly—our Lab had the time of his life. Everyone we met was friendly, and the whole atmosphere was laid-back and welcoming. A perfect family vacation. We can’t wait to come back.

Great place to stay for a relaxing beach vacation. The place appeared very clean and tastefully decorated. Bedrooms were very comfortable. Kitchen was very well stocked. Had beautiful beach and gulf view. Easy access to beach and we used AJ’s beach rental service for daily set up and take down of chairs and umbrellas. They did a great job! The family room “couches” were actually what appeared to be twin beds that were deeper than a couch so used a few pillows to support us when watching TV at night. Michelle responded quickly to any questions or problems. Would definitely recommend this listing

The property was even nicer, cleaner, and more modern than expected from the pictures. This was a lovely beachfront location. So beautifully decorated! We would be happy to stay here again! My only suggestion would be more check-in instructions on how to use the lock.

Wonderful house

This is a wonderful house to stay in. We have now rented it two years in a row and have enjoyed both our stays. We are a family of 8 and it was big enough to accommodate all of us. Just a few short steps from the beach and walking distance to restaurants and shops.
