Enjoy the sound of the waves from the porch of this beach front ground level apartment!

This one bedroom, one bathroom apartment is perfect for a relaxing couples getaway! The bedroom has a king size bed with a plush memory foam topper. A full bathroom with tub and shower is located right outside the bedroom.

Enjoy the open concept living area with beautiful views of the ocean through the large picture windows. Internet and cable are included with your stay. The fully stocked kitchen has been updated with adorable painted cabinets and granite counter tops, but still maintains the "Old Florida" charm. *Please note, there is no dishwasher or ice maker.* This home also comes with a full size washer and dryer. Bed linens, bath linens, and beach towels provided. Starter supply of paper products also provided.

Watch the sunrise on your ocean front deck with a private boardwalk to the beach. There's plenty of seating on the deck and a tabletop Chargril grill to cook up your fresh catch.

This home offers easy accessibility - there are no stairs to climb!

This home is pet friendly and allows (1) dog for a $75.00 non-refundable pet fee. If you have any additional pets please contact me and we can discuss.

This apartment is one of 3 units in the house. The upstairs apartment is the owner's quarters and is not available for rent. Two apartments are located at ground level and both are rented throughout the year. The adjoining property VRBO number is 1749800.

A little bigger porch/deck with shade would make this a perfect place for us. I understand no one wants to put expensive furniture in a beach rental, but it was not very comfortable. The mattress was very comfortable/. we will certainly look to rent this unit again.

Anniversary Getaway

Oceanfront Getaway

Our experience staying at the property was as promised. Right on Ocean where Dolphins were seen almost daily. Beautiful beach steps from deck. Hosts were prompt at answering any questions we had.
