This is a studio apartment which is a 1 bedroom unit. It includes a small Kitchenette and large bathroom with shower. It also has a closet, large dresser and New flat screen TV. Included use of this unit is the large resort style pool and 12 person Hot tub. In the Island Park Clubhouse is the excersize room nicely equipped. There is also a picnic area where you can grill your dinner with picnic tables. also there is a play ground area. This resort is part of the PGA Village which includes 4 Golf courses and a PGA golf learning center. The beaches are either 10 miles north or south to beautiful beaches. If you like fishing this is the place to be. The NY Mets play there winter training just a few miles down the road. Winter is the time to really enjoy the sun here since winter time it seldom rains.These Condos were recently built, only 12 years ago as a resort and converted to condos. This is why it is such a great place to vacation.

We had a wonderful time in Florida. Our hostess was fantastic to deal with. Always an open line of communication. This studio was spotless and had everything we could possibly need. I would recommend anyone to stay there. The proximity to many attractions was ideal. Crisselle gets a perfect score from us. Would certainly stay again. Wishing her much success with her property.

Wonderful! Owner was very responsive to answer questions and assist with any questions.

Our stay in this newly decorated unit was delightful. Pool is excellent. People were friendly. This property is close to everything you need to make the stay wonderful.
