Lovely home with plenty of room, comfortable furniture, clean, and a well equipped kitchen with every spice that you could possibly need. The neighborhood is quiet and feels very safe. Devona was so nice and if we ever need a place to stay in Dayton again, we will stay here.

Property was clean, beds comfortable, and has a kitchen furnished with coffee, coffee maker, stove, microwave, full size fridge, dishwasher and a generous set of dishes and cookware. Basement had like new washer and dryer. The air conditioning worked well. Televisions in both bedrooms and living room. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Quiet neighborhood that was easily accessible from local freeway. Everything we needed was in the house. Far better and cheaper stay than any hotel would have been for us and our 8 year old grandson.

The property was easy to find and book, the host was fast and responsive. Pictures are appropriate and accurate. Devona is a fantastic host, I've stayed in many properties (this platform and others) and she is in my top 10. The property is clean, well appointed and quiet, nice area.
