Check in was easy and communication with owner was great! It was a cute property in a historical part of town. It was a short walk to a nice pizza shop. Neighborhood was quiet and clean. We really enjoyed our stay!

We have stayed here a few times since our son started Dayton in the fall. We love the house, the location and our host Mike is extremely friendly and responsive. We will definitely be back!

This was a perfect place to stay for our visit to Dayton. The property was very nice and clean. It is in a great location with a grocery store and gas station right around the corner. I would definitely stay here again.

Very nice stay!

We were looking for a place to stay for Easter weekend and Mike's place fit the bill. It had everything we needed - location, a safe area, plenty of on-street parking, a comfortable interior for the family, and a very responsive host. We're looking forward to our next stay!

Absolutely loved the place and was way better than a hotel and felt like home away from home! Was my first BNB I rented and will continue to choose them over hotels any day! Was very flexible and was able to get in a little early since my son’s wedding rehearsal would have put me there after 9pm. Highly recommend the place

Enjoyed our visit in Dayton

This is a nice, comfortable home close to the UD community and attractions. The neighborhood is very quiet with very little traffic. Street parking was always available. We would recommend this property for short visits to the UD area.
