Cozy Corner Charm Unit A - Goodlife Vacation Homes

No hotel necessary!  Cozy Corner Charm Unit A provides essentials for your stay while giving you the privacy of a vacation rental home.  Located minutes from Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport, Arizona State University, Mill Avenue, Tempe Town Lake, and Old Town Scottsdale.  The backyard beats a balcony with a BBQ, Corn Hole, chaise lounges, and patio table.  

Throughout the home you will find artwork and accents from local thrift shops that capture the spirit of Arizona.  The living room has ample seating including a chair and reading lamp by the front window. Absolutely perfect for getting lost in your favorite book.  If TV is how you pass your downtime, there is a Smart TV for streaming Apps and digital antenna for local channels. The fully stocked kitchen has all you need to make meals at home, although there are too many good restaurants to pass up a taste of something new.  Ask us if you need some recommendations!

The next door neighbor has a rooster which may disturb some light sleepers.

All guests will be required to sign a rental agreement prior to receiving check in instructions.
Pet friendly. We only accept dogs, and up to 2 dogs. There is an Additional $45 fee per dog.

Great Place Near ASU

We came for ASU graduation and needed a place nearby. This property exceeded my expectations. It is a super cute property with great amenities. Close to shopping and eateries. It was clean and modern with Southwest decor. I loved it!

The house was in a quiet, well-kept neighborhood. It was clean and true to listing. It suited us perfectly. The location was great. We were 15 minutes or less to Sky Harbor airport, Mesa Amphitheater and good places to eat. Would stay there again.

This property was very clean and close to ASU for our son’s move-in. Our complaint was the check-in process. First, they send you a link to verify drivers license and credit cards. I was leery to snap a pic of my credit card information. After verification, we still didn’t receive check-in instructions. I spent the entire morning and afternoon of check-in day trying to communicate with the host. We had to resend drivers license. Replies from the host were not prompt. We ended up contacting VRBO and they were not able to contact the host either. Finally, about an hour before check in, we got the info for checking in…we thought maybe we had been scammed. If the check in process was easier, we would have given 5 stars.

Tempe North Home

This home was just what we were looking for. It's a cozy two bedroom home with a fenced in back yard. The location was great, in the middle of Old Town Scottsdale and Downtown Tempe. It was also close to the airport, and activities like hiking, the Phoenix Zoo and Desert Botanical Garden.

Great little house

The house was in a great location and a short Uber ride to mostly anywhere we were going. There is a coffee shop in walking distance. Everything was clean and we enjoyed it!
