About this property

This spacious, exclusive villa with the main living area on one level is located on a tree-lined property in one of the most sought-after residential areas in the south-west of the island. On the upper floor there are five bedrooms, three bathrooms and an utility room as well as a covered terrace. Stair access leads to the pool level. On the lower level there is a large guest area with a dining table for 12 people and a cozy lounge area.

The outdoor area has a garden with manicured lawns and a sun terrace with an integrated swimming pool and outdoor shower. Only a few minutes by car from the town center, two marinas and several beaches and with a perfect connection to Palma and the airport, the location offers a lot of peace and privacy amidst green surroundings. A high-quality grill from the "Weber" company and four electric bikes, as well as an outdoor trampoline, round off the perfect stay.

Wunderschönes Ferienhaus in Santa Ponsa

Toll ausgestattet, alles sauber, wunderschöner Garten und Pool, absolut empfehlenswert. Sonnenliegen wären schön gewesen.

Top Haus für einen Familienurlaub

Wir waren mit einer Großfamilie, 8 Erwachsene und 3 kleinen Kindern im Haus und haben die Großzügigkeit des Objektes und seine Top-Ausstattung genossen. Auch der Kontakt mit dem Eigentümer war außergewöhnlich positiv. Die Übergabe verlief sehr professionell. Eine defekte Kaffeemaschine wurde nach sehr kurzer Zeit durch eine neue ersetzt. Wir kommen gerne wieder!!

Super Finca für Familien mit Kindern

Schöne, großzügige und gut ausgestattete Finca in bester Lage von Santa Ponca. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Strand und Port Adriano innerhalb weniger Minuten erreichbar. Ideal für Familien mit Kindern.

Mallorca 2021

Wir genossen super schöne Ferien in dieser super Location. Alles hat gepasst. Alle waren total begeistert von diesem sehr schönen grossen Haus. Der Pool und die ganze Gartenanlage sind absolute spitze. Es fehlte wirklich an nichts. Tägliche Tischtennis-,Tennis-, Pfeilbogenturniere etc. haben viel Spass gemacht. Auch in der Küche fehlt es an nichts! Der Housekeeper war wirklich sehr lustig und nett. Wir alle können diese Location nur weiterempfehlen!

Auszeit in schwierigen Zeiten

Es hat alles einfach gepasst und hat dazu beigetragen dass wir einen wunderbaren Urlaub in diesen schwierigen Zeiten verbringen konnten. Das Haus war großartig, sauber und auch der Garten mit Pool war einfach klasse. Vielen Dank Grüße aus Nürnberg CS
