WALK TO BEACH! The cutest and best stocked beach cottage on the island. Recently renovated and situated on a corner lot with off street parking. Plenty of living space with bonus yard. Fenced in yard, front porch and brick patio make for a wonderful space to entertain and enjoy the sun. This property offers everything you need for the perfect stay. Kayaks (2), beach chair/towels, cooler and more! Come and have fun!

The Space:
The apartment has a total of two bedrooms and one full bathroom which can accommodate a total of 4 guests.

Portsmouth getaway

We had a lovely time visiting family and friends in the area. Beach and restaurants within walking distance were convenient. The Cottage is newly renovated coastal style and well appointed. We enjoyed mornings at table on covered porch and evenings in private backyard on patio. Gardens around yard are beautiful! Great place to stay!

Great place for Old friends

We had a wonderful visit to Portsmouth and this house was perfect. Lovely spaces inside and out made hanging out and enjoying old friends an absolute delight. Conveniently located near great restaurants and places to visit. Would definitely return again.

Perfect cottage!

We absolutely loved this cottage. It was so clean, well stocked kitchen, great fire pit area and the additional amenities were great! I personally loved the reading book with all the sunshine! Beds were comfortable, linens were nice and the air conditioning units were wonderful! I really appreciated the home having all the basics instead of having to purchasing them. And the short walk to the water..LOVE!! Thank you for sharing this beautiful property!

Beautiful summer cottage perfect for our family

Great location, all on one level (steps up to the house) so this was perfect for our infant to crawl around. Very nicely appointed. Will definitely be coming back!
