Wir haben den Gastgeber zwar nicht angetroffen, die Wohnung hat uns sauber und in guten Zustand begrüßt. Das einzige, was uns nicht gefallen hat, daß in dieser Winterzeit auf dem Innenhof kein Schnee geräumt wurde und es war bis zum Eingang des Hauses immer sehr glatt.

Es war ein ruhiger Urlaub. Appartement war sauber und aufgeräumt. Küche optimal ausgestattet. Ein Kritikpunkt wäre die Kaffeemaschine. Sie müsste mal ausgetauscht werden. Das Möbiliar passt zur Villa, recht schlicht und etwas in die Tage gekommen. Die Verständigung mit dem Hausmeister lief ohne Probleme. Die ruhige Lage und der Balkon sind positiv zu bewerten.

Als wir das Haus betraten, waren wir angenehm überrascht

Als wir das Haus betraten, waren wir angenehm überrascht. Das Innere der Ferienwohnung ist sauber, hell renoviert und zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Die Betten im Schlafzimmer sorgten für uns Mütter( 83 und 78Jahre alt) für erholsamen Schlaf. Das Ausziehsofa im Wohnzimmer war für unsere Kinder leider nicht so gemütlich (hart). Der Service ist verbesserungswürdig: keine Handtücher, kein Toilettenpapier und unbezogene Betten. Der Info- Schnellhefter enthält zum Teil falsche Aussagen. Wir hatten in der gesamten Zeit leider keinen Ansprechpartner. Vorschlag: Im Schlafzimmer wären zwei kleine Hocker als Kleiderablage wünschenswert. Wir fühlten uns dennoch wohl und verbrachten eine schöne Woche in Sellin.

Wir haben bereits zum zweiten Mal unseren Urlaub in der Villa Loni verbracht. Die Wohnung ist geräumig,mit allen wesentlichen Haushaltsgegenständen ausgestattet und die Betreuung durch Herrn Hofmann sehr gut.
