Die Ferienwohnung befindet sich in einem, einzeln stehenden Einfamilienhaus und ist modern und zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Das Grundstück liegt im Ortszentrum. The landlord only lives in the house occasionally but uses a separate entrance. The holiday flat is tastefully furnished and situated in a quiet residential area of Njivice, only 150 m from the sea. Access is via a side road (asphalted).
