Vacation apartment in Würzburg city with terrace incl. parking spaces in front of the door

The modern 45m² apartment on the ground floor can accommodate up to 5 adults. A toddler can sleep in the parents' double bed. The apartment is located in a trendy area close to the center and quiet. The old town can be reached in 4 minutes by tram. Bed linen, towels, shower gel, etc. are of course available. A parking space reserved for you is right on the doorstep! The apartment has air conditioning.
A tram stop is a two-minute walk away. It takes you to the market square, train station, congress center or university hospitals without changing trains.
The S. Oliver Arena (concerts and other events take place here) can be reached on foot in a few minutes. There is a public green area behind the house. A few meters further you are already on the Main and along the river you can enjoy a wonderful view of the fortress and the "Käppele" while you walk into town. There is a bakery with breakfast and coffee in the house. In the immediate vicinity there is a pharmacy, doctors, bank, hairdresser, a grocery store and much more.

Very nice place with washing machine. Clean with a comfy bed, plenty of room for a group, very nice bathroom with beautiful shower. Definitely could stay here for an extended stay! If the owner wants to rent to an international group he should consider posting instructions and interactions in English. Our German is better than many travelers we know, and we had to look up a lot! We were tired and this became tedious.

JGA in Würzburg

Die Wohnung hat alles geboten, was wir gebraucht haben. Wir waren 12 Leute und konnten immer super an dem großen Tisch in der größeren Wohnung frühstücken. Man ist sehr schnell im Zentrum- entweder per Bahn, die 2 Gehminuten entfernt abfährt oder auch zu Fuß. Vielen Dank!

Wir hatten beide Wohnungen gebucht, die den Bildern im Inserat entsprechen. Anbindung an die Straßenbahn war sehr gut und Check-In, Check-Out sowie die Kommunikation war einwandfrei. Die Unterkunft ist auch für größere Gruppen sehr zu empfehlen

Super Unterkunft für Gruppen

Der Kontakt mit Frau Ritter war immer sehr schnell und präzise. Die Unterkunft selbst (2 Apartments im EG) war sehr sauber und es war alles notwendige und noch mehr vorhanden. Betten wurden als bequem eingestuft. Die Anbindung per Straßenbahn zur Innenstadt ist super und auch einige Cafés liegen fußläufig in der Nähe. Alles in allem sehr zu empfehlen für Gruppen, die sich auch Zimmer teilen können.

Praktisches, sauberes Appartement

Das Apartment war sehr praktisch und sauber. Man hat sich wohl gefühlt! Insgesamt fanden wir es etwas teuer (zB passte die hohe Reinigungsgebühr für uns nicht dazu, dass die Betten noch von uns bezogen werden mussten), aber waren absolut zufrieden.

Sehr schöne und gemütliche FeWo

Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr modern und schön eingerichtet. Alles ist sehr sauber und in Top Zustand auch die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich. Einziger Mangel ist, dass alles sehr hellhörig ist und man sehr leise sein muss.

Wohnung in toller Lage

Wir waren rundum zufrieden mit der Wohnung. Nächste Straßenbahnhaltestelle etwa fünf Minuten entfernt. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und gut eingerichtet. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war super einfach und hat top funktioniert. Alles in Allem nur zu empfehlen.

A beautiful, clean and comfortable property. The owners responded immediately to any questions and were so helpful.....providing me with antiseptic and bandages when I had a fall, going to a nearby restaurant and helping us order since I don’t speak German and generally being very pleasant and friendly. I would certainly recommend staying here!

Great spot

We absolutely loved our stay. The owners were more than accommodating and the property was clean, spacious, and located about a 5 minute walk to a tram line. We would stay there again on our next visit to Wurzburg.

Sehr freundlicher Gastgeber in guter Lage in Würzburg

Die Innenstadt ist in 2 Km zu erreichen, die man am Main entlang laufen kann. Der Gastgeber hat uns sehr höflich begrüßt, kurz alles erklärt und sich dann sehr angenehm zurück gehalten. Die Wohnung war super (gut geschnitten, modern eingerichtet und vor allem sauber) und für uns 4 absolut ausreichend. Perfekt war, dass man vorher gefragt wurde, wie man sich die Betteneinteilung wünscht. Wir waren rundum sehr zufrieden. Dankeschön an Arkadius :-)

Soggiorno perfetto a Wurzburg

Abbiamo soggiornato 2 notti in questo monolocale arredato con mobili nuovi e perfettamente equipaggiato, completo di lavastoviglie e lavasciuga. Pulizia perfetta. Ben fornito di materiale turistico utile per organizzare il nostro soggiorno. Molto utili i messaggi informativi lasciati un po' ovunque nell'appartamento ma li avremmo apprezzati molto anche in inglese 😉. La fermata del tram n° 4 che in 8 minuti circa porta in centro si trova a circa 250 metri, alla biglietteria automatica si può acquistare il biglietto giornaliero che costa 5,40 €. Il posto auto riservato si trova proprio di fronte alla porta di ingresso. Il check in è stato semplicissimo grazie alla perfetta comunicazione con il proprietario tramite WhatsApp

Schönes zentrumsnahes Appartement

Die Kommunikation mit Arkardius verlief einwandfrei, schnelle Antworten und super freundlich. Nach kurzer telefonischer Rücksprache konnten wir sogar den Check-In vorziehen. Arkadius zeigte uns alles und wir konnten das schöne Appartement beziehen. Alles war ordentlich und sauber und entsprach genau den Bildern. Die Terrasse war perfekt für angenehme Abende draußen. Gerne wieder.

Super Aufenthalt!

Alles war super! Der Vermieter ist super nett und hat uns bei allen Angelegenheiten weiter geholfen. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und ordentlich. Wir waren 4 Personen und die Größe war völlig ausreichend. Alles in einem hat es uns allen richtig gut gefallen!
