Family of 18

The house was just as described but 2 minor things need to be addressed. The host was excellent, great response time. Family of 18 was comfortable and didn’t feel cramped. However, with that said. There was not enough wash cloths and towels for a family of 18. I purchased additional wash clothes and left them with the house for future guests. Also, the game room had a broken game. Overall the house was great with minor issues but nothing that disrupted our stay. I would definitely recommend.

Overall, we were excited about staying at this home. The photos online were beautiful and had everything we were looking for. It was a big group of us and we were looking forward to spend time in a clean home with surrounding environment. We were also looking forward to using the amenities in the game room such as air hockey table and skee-ball. Unfortunately, neither things worked and the cleanliness of the home was subpar. House was filthy and smelled damp. Walls inside home are dirty and linens in bedrooms were stained. The big couch in the living room is filthy and stained as well as the outside patio furniture. Paint is chipping off walls inside, staircase up has filthy walls and outside of home and the doorway is covered in what seems to be bugs. We found trash and dirty floors and countertops and the mirrors are cleaned only as high as whoever cleaned them could stretch their arm. The kitchen had a ring of oil on the light about the smoke extractor that was not cleaned and countertops were dirty. Outside in the pool area, we found hair weave by the pool area. Overall the house was not in good shape and the house you see in the photos looks 100 times nicer than they do now. The property manager did reach out after addressing some ac issues we experienced as well and she also replies in a quick manner, although I truly feel more should be done in advance to recognize these issues before someone is inconvenienced after expecting and paying so much. Do not recommend.
