A beautiful cottage, close to the water and equipped with a large terrace. It is located, in Binderup Strand, in the second row to the water. It offers views of the water. On the partly covered terrace you can enjoy both the beautiful Danish weather during the day and in the evening. Inside there is a brightly furnished kitchen-living room, three good bedrooms, a large bathroom with massage tub and sauna, so also wellness is offered to you here. After the house are shopping facilities and a small restaurant. Binderup is a natural area with lots of forest, meadow and beach, it is perfect for families with children. At a short distance is Kolding with a shopping center and the castle Koldinghus. The beach at Binderup is child friendly.

Das Ferienhaus liegt sehr schön, in 2. Reihe am Strand.Der Wohn,- Essbereich ist schön und groß. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet. Die Schlafzimmer sind relativ klein. Die Doppelbetten (ca.140 Breit) haben sehr harte Matratzen. Die Einzelbetten sind mit ca. 70-80 cm Breite sehr schmal (meiner Meinung nach für Erwachsene und Jugendliche ungeeignet). Die Einzelbetten haben nur Schaumstoffmatratzen die so weich und durchgelegen sind, dass man den Lattenrost spürt. Das Gartenhäuschen sollte dringend aufgeräumt werden.
