INSIDE THE CONDO

After a fun-filled day at the beach, head home to your bright and contemporary retreat. Relax in the spacious open-concept living area where wood floors are awash with natural light.

The inviting living area features a comfy armchair and couch. Watch a movie on the 36' flat-screen TV, complete with a digital converter box for basic cable and a Blu-ray player.

Doors open out to a sun-drenched patio, where a glass table seats four. Share lazy breakfasts and fresh coffee while taking in sweeping views of the marina.

A brand-new kitchen has everything you need to prepare tasty home-cooked meals. A full suite of stainless steel appliances includes a built-in microwave, gas range, and dishwasher. When it's time to eat, gather at the wood dining table with seating for three.

The inviting master bedroom has a queen-size bed and large windows offering views of downtown. A large walk-in closet houses a stacked washer/dryer unit.

The bathroom features gleaming tiles, granite countertops, a walk-in shower, and big jetted soaking tub.

Perched on the upper level of a duplex, this unit affords extra privacy and lovely views.

THE LOCATION

Spend a day in the sun at Seaworld San Diego (10-minute drive) or head to San Diego Zoo in Balboa Park (15-minute drive).

Feel like a day beside the ocean? Drive 8 minutes to stroll or cycle along Mission Beach, or sprawl out beside the waves and dig your toes in the golden sand.

In the afternoon, walk up the beach to historic Belmont Park, a classic beachside amusement park. Hit the arcades, ride the Giant Dipper, hire bikes, or check out the quirky surf shops.

For a day at sea, book a sailing tour or hire a boat from Captain Keith's Charters (2-minute drive), or arrange a trip with Pacific Dawn Sportfishing (4-minute drive).

When dining out, the Venetian Restaurant is your local go-to for classic pizza and pasta dishes. Head to Bali Hai Restaurant for Polynesian cuisine or try the 1950's-themed Corvette Diner, where burgers and shakes are served by a cast of singing servers. All are about a 5-minute drive away.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
