Welcome to Westwood House, a beautifully updated coastal getaway with an ocean-view rooftop deck, two lovely living spaces, and a gourmet kitchen. The 2,898-square-foot floor plan features a dreamy main suite with a private balcony and a jetted garden tub. Head to the loft to find a well-equipped office, a comfy sleeper sofa, and an impressive TV with an Xbox 360.

Gather for movie night in the living room, where there's plenty of plush seating, a gas fireplace, and a 60-inch smart TV with a DVD player. The airy loft features a 50-inch TV with an Xbox 360. A guitar and telescope add to the appeal. Fix favorite vacation meals in the gourmet kitchen outfitted with a full suite of stainless steel appliances, including a gas range and four-door fridge. The gorgeous tile backsplash complements a large stretch of glossy granite counter space. Three can perch at the granite kitchen island while dinner simmers. When your culinary masterpiece is ready, gather at a handsome wood table seating six. Make yourself at home in the serene main suite, where you curl up in a stately bed while you watch a movie on the 52-inch TV. The en suite main bathroom boasts a jetted tub and a walk-in shower, plus a double vanity and water closet. Step onto the private master balcony to share morning coffee at a bistro table.

Enjoy this property great view really nice house the third floor balcony could’ve been a little cleaner and the Wi-Fi wasn’t that good besides that great house and we will definitely come back.

I enjoyed the lay out of the house. Smelled clean. There was some dust and cobwebs. We were a bit disappointed that the jacuzzi didn’t work in the tub. Although it states 2 car garage, there is only room to park one car. The side door to access the house was muddy from the rain. It has some stones to step on but they are spaced out to far. Shorter people and kids don’t have a choice but to walk on the muddy ground. Also there were throw blankets available but they were dirty. Other than that we did enjoy our stay.

Good house with room for improvement
The house itself was great. It had great space, the rooms were good size, and so were the bathrooms. It had a great loft space on the 3rd floor with a nice outdoor area. The washer and dryer were definitely a great amenity and there should probably be a picture of them in the listing (was one of the questions we never got a response to). The garage was a great amenity since there are no great areas to park and there are a lot of homeless people around. One of the days they were even looking inside garages as we were leaving. The biggest problem we had was the internet. There is no cable tv so everything needed to be streamed so you’re fully dependent on the wifi. The house needs a new router and a mesh system is what would probably work best there. The internet would not work on the 3rd floor and on the main floor it was very spotty. The loft bed was missing a rail so for safety purposes it needs one. The dishwasher had its quirks but ultimately ended up working. We had 0 response to 2 questions we made in the Vrbo app, so customer service needs improvement as well. Other than the question referenced above it was unclear where to throw the trash outside. One bin said no trash and the other was the recycling bin so it was very confusing.
