About this property

We warmly welcome you to the pages of our newly built Villa Ema, which opened in spring 2013. At the foot of Croatia's highest mountain, Velebits, and directly on the Croatian coast in the picturesque town of Starigrad Paklenica, Villa Ema offers you the perfect setting for a relaxing holiday. Six spacious apartments of different sizes are waiting for you. All apartments are furnished, air-conditioned and equipped with internet access and satellite TV, as well as balconies / terraces with sea views. The beach is about 80 meters.

Restaurants, cafes, shops, ATM, petrol station, post office and pharmacy are located in Starigrad Paklenica and can be easily reached on foot. Numerous sights in the surrounding area invite you to day trips, and we would be happy to help you organize them.

In high season (25th June - 10 September) our apartments are available for rent on a weekly basis. In the low season, flexible booking times are also possible by arrangement. If you arrive by plane, we will be happy to pick you up from Zadar Airport on request. Trips to more remote airports in the region such as Zagreb or Split are also possible upon request.

Absolut empfehlenswert !!!

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt bei Julia und Drago sehr genossen. Die beiden leben für das, was sie tun, das merkt man an jeder Stelle. Hier fühlt man sich als Gast total wohl, sei es in den sauberen, geschmackvoll eingerichteten Appartements, beim gemeinsamen Grillabend oder beim Plausch im Garten - das ist Herzlichkeit und Gastfreundschaft, wie man sie nur selten erlebt. Wir können das Objekt nur weiterempfehlen!

Sommerurlaub

Hallo zusammen, wir sind hier im August 2022 mit vier Kindern. Drago ist ein Pfundskerl und seine Familie inkl Oma einfach herzlich, gastfreundlich und absolut unaufdringlich. Wir haben über Fewo gebucht. Die Wohnung ist top! Drago und Julia sind nach Kroatien ausgewandert und sprechen u.a. fließend Deutsch, Kroatisch und Englisch sowie etwas die französische Sprache! :) Der Grillabend konnte leider nicht stattfinden, soll aber sehr empfehlenswert sein! Familie Piric ist vor Ort super vernetzt und die Empfehlungen sowie Hilfe bei Buchungen für die Zrmanja Kanu Tour, Jetski und viele andere Dinge sind top auch vom Preis/Leistungsverhältnis. Der Ausflug in de Nationalpark mit Drago’s Karten ist möglich und empfehlenswert! Unsere Kinder sind bereits größer und hatten hier sehr viel Spaß In der Wohnung gab es LAN! Das Netz war stabil und das half, falls man im Urlaub online gehen muss Hervorragend waren die zwei Bäder für uns Fazit: Besser geht es nichtMehr

Einfach Klasse!

Wir waren Ende August 2019 in Starigrad Paklenica und hatten den perfekten Urlaub. Von Julia und Drago wurden wir sehr herzlich empfangen. Die Wohnung liegt super. Alles ist auf kurzen Wegen schnell zu erreichen. Alle Angaben sind passend und wir können die positiven Bewertungen nur bestätigen. Auch die empfohlenen Ausflüge waren toll und die Tagestour durch die Kornaten ein besonderes Highlight. Das war unser erster aber mit Sicherheit nicht unser letzter Urlaub in der Villa Ema. Perfekt😆

Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Sie haben sich regelmäßig bei uns erkundigt wie es uns geht und ob wir etwas benötigen, auch viele Aktivitäten hatten sie zu bieten. Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und mit allem ausgestattet was man benötigt. Man kann diese Ferienwohnungen nur empfehlen. Auch das Örtchen Starigrad ist schön und man fühlt sich dort sehr willkommen.

Wunderbarer Urlaub, allerliebste Vermieter

Ein erholsamer Familienurlaub, eine Top-Wohnung mit allem was dazugehört. Die Vermieter haben sich stets um uns gekümmert, sämtliche Fragen beantwortet und Ausflüge organisiert.
