Es wird von einem Traumhaus gesprochen. War es leider nicht ! Wir wollten ein Ferienhaus zur alleinigen Nutzung. Der Besitzer wohnt im Untergeschoß. Soweit, so gut, aber dass er viele Freunde, Bekannte und Sonstige hat, die jeden Tag ab vormittags bis teilweise bis zum frühen Morgen feiern und sehr laut Gespräche führen, war so nicht zu erwarten ! Das Haus hat noch ein zweites App., dass ebenfalls genutzt wurde. Allgemein ist das Haus sehr hellhörig und man registriert jegliche Bewegung und vieles mehr !!! Von den diversen kleine techn. Defekten, wie nicht funktionierende Balkonbeleuchtung oder anderer Kleinigkeiten, ist der Totalausfall des TV schon gravierend und konnte auch nicht nach Reklamation behoben werden. Positiv ist die Lage am Meer und auch die Bestuhlung auf dem Balkon ist sehr angenehm, besser als die Couch im Küche/Wohnzimmer ! Positiv ist auch, dass Einkauf und Gaststätten fußläufig erreichbar sind. Das Badevergnügen hält sich auch in Grenzen, da durch das Gebirge an der Plattform diverse Süßwasserquellen im Meer ankommen und so das Baden sehr, sehr erfrischend ist ! Wann wurde denn das App. das letzte Mal nach 2018 inspiziert ? In dem App., was durch die Bilder dargestellt wurde, waren wir nicht ! Fazit: Wer es rustikal mag, kroatischer Geselligkeit benötigt und der kroatischen Sprache mächtig ist, kann es versuchen. Viel Spaß. Wir verzichten auf einen weiteren Versuch dort !!! Wir haben andere Erfahrungen aus unseren vielen Kroatien- Urlauben und auch dezentere mitwohnende Eigentümer erlebt.
