Enjoy great pine forest views from our 3BR/2BA North Lake Tahoe house! Active members of your group can take advantage of access to Tahoe Donner's exceptional amenities, including the Trout Creek Rec Center, golf course, and the lodge (5-minute drive). Or explore a bit further: drive 10 minutes for all the action downtown Truckee or at Donner Lake!

LIVING AREA

Relax in the living room, with its pine-paneled vaulted ceiling and floor-to-ceiling doors and windows showcasing wooded views. Settle into the comfy couches and chairs and watch shows on the 55in TV, equipped with BluRay, DVD, and Apple TV as entertainment options.

KITCHEN & DINING

The kitchen has a breakfast bar for two. Pine cabinets stocked with cooking essentials, stainless appliances, and lots of counter space help with quick snacks and gourmet meals. Sit down to a shared dinner at the six-person table with a view of the pine forest.

BED & BATH

The primary bedroom has a queen bed, a vaulted, pine-paneled ceiling, and patio doors leading to a balcony. The en-suite bathroom has a large walk-in shower with private views of the woods.

The second bedroom has a queen bed, while the third features a twin-over-full bunk bed and a twin rollaway bed. These bedrooms share a bath with a tub/shower combination.

OUTDOOR AREA

One balcony runs the full width of the house and is furnished with lounge chairs paired with lovely views. The second balcony is accessed via the primary.

EXTRA AMENITIES & MORE DETAILS

Extras include complimentary Wi-Fi, a washer/dryer, and parking for two in the garage and two in the driveway.

The wood-burning stove is not operational.

Due to local restrictions, guests can only use the gas grill in the driveway area.

Your reservation includes two passes granting access to the Trout Creek Rec Center for a nominal daily fee per person. Amenities include swimming pools, a fitness center, and a sauna, as well as access to the Tahoe Donner Tennis Center and Beach Club Marina. Public amenities include family-friendly skiing at Tahoe Donner Ski Resort, sledding, and tubing at Snowplay, and 100 km of trails at the Tahoe Donner Cross Country Ski Center. Practice your swing at Tahoe Donner Golf Course and explore over 60 miles of hiking trails in the area. To venture out on horseback, visit the Tahoe Donner Equestrian Center.

This vacation home is in a quiet neighborhood and is not suitable for loud gatherings.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
