The home offers six uniquely styled bedrooms and comfortably sleeps up to twelve guests. Each space features authentic 70s-inspired décor layered with plush bedding and playful vintage touches. The layout includes a king master suite, a second king bedroom, two queen bedrooms, a mini master with a full bed, and a cozy basement queen, allowing groups to spread out while still feeling connected.

Inside, the living spaces invite lingering conversations, shared meals, and moments of nostalgia. Guests often find themselves striking a pose for a vintage-inspired photo or settling in with a record playing in the background. For those who want to lean into the theme, we’re happy to share access to a curated collection of retro clothing and props for a truly far-out experience.

Step outside and the estate opens up around you. The spacious front yard and back patio are ideal for grilling, gathering around the fire pit, or enjoying unhurried mornings with coffee in hand. Evenings tend to stretch a little longer here.

Beyond the home, explore 3.5 miles of manicured trails winding through a 150-year-old forest. Along the way, you’ll discover hidden swings, a backyard zip line, and a thriving honey bee habitat. Spend time fishing for smallmouth bass or bluegill at the pond, or follow the creek to a private island tucked quietly within the property. Trails are open from dawn to dusk, offering a peaceful rhythm to the day.

For a simple, hands-on connection to the land, guests are welcome to enjoy our Backyard Chicken Experience — feeding our friendly chickens and collecting fresh eggs. It’s a small, charming moment that adds to the sense of place and is especially loved by families.

Also located on the estate is our restaurant and wine bar, offering chef-crafted cuisine, curated wines, and fine whiskeys in a warm, inviting setting. It’s a short drive from the home or a scenic 13–15 minute walk through the trails during trail hours. The restaurant also hosts seasonal events and special gatherings, and select private experiences can be arranged through the wine bar. We want you to relax, enjoy, and feel at home during your stay. To help ensure a wonderful experience for everyone, we ask that guests review and respect the following:

This home is located on a private 77-acre estate and is designed for peaceful retreats, gatherings, and shared experiences. It is not suitable for parties or disruptive events. Quiet hours begin at 11:00 PM, and we ask that noise be kept to a respectful level, both indoors and outdoors.

Only registered guests are permitted on the property unless prior approval has been given. This helps us maintain the comfort, safety, and experience of all guests across the estate.

Please treat the home, furnishings, and surrounding grounds with care. We ask that shoes be removed inside the home to help preserve the space.

Smoking is not permitted inside the home or within 15 feet of doors or windows.

Trails across the estate are open from dawn to dusk. For safety reasons, they are closed overnight.

If pets are permitted for your reservation, they must be well-behaved and approved in advance. Pet fees apply.

Before departure, please load and start the dishwasher and place used towels in the designated area. Our housekeeping team will take care of the rest.
