Upon arrival, take the lighted pathway to your quaint weekend stay! Newly Renovated!! Please help yourself to our many amenities - including a micro kitchen with refrigerator, sink, microwave, and hot-plate (all plates utensils, and cookware are provided). Be sure to stop at the local grocery store on the way in. Indoor and outdoor tables await your culinary creations. Make your way down to Carrabelle Beach and enjoy an afternoon of sun and fishing. Make sure to check out local eateries!!!
The space
Guests have the entire 1st floor of the home with private entrance. The other half of the home is the garage and there is no access. Plenty of paved parking in front of garage.

Guests are welcome to use the gravel pathway, picnic table, and wash-down hose just outside of the rental.

Nice little place

Honest Review: This place was very nicely decorated, the main bed was comfortable and the host is nice. For the price and having a little kitchen it was a good deal. It had all the amenities listed plus a toaster. I loved the outdoor hose to hose off beach toys and stuff. I'm not one to complain, but we had an issue with sheets for the sofa bed, but the host was quick to get us new sheets. There were a couple things I was not a fan of that the host may decide to change in the future. 1) Privacy: The curtains for the windows do not cover the windows completely. They need and extra panel for each of the windows. 2) I was expecting this place to be completely separate from the house, but there is a door that connects to the main house that the host can lock, but there is no lock on the guest side. I would have felt more comfortable if there was a lock on the guest side. However I will note that after meeting the host I felt comfortable with him. 3) The AC when it first starts up rattles for a few minutes then once it gets up to speed it is quiet. This was not noticable during the day, but I am a light sleeper at night. 4) The sofabed is not comfortable and very springy. However, if you're staying with small children like us they won't notice. Overall we had a good stay and if the host is able to fix the AC rattling on start up I would be happy to stay here again. Thank you.
