#WorldAthleticChampionships. Close to Hayward Field! 1/2 block to public bus routes. 6 blocks from the beautiful Willamette River bike trail which allows access to many Eugene attractions. This charming Craftsman style home is located in the historic Whiteaker neighborhood of Eugene. Easy walking distance to NInkasi and many other breweries and eateries. There are 2 bedrooms with queen beds, 2 full baths, and a smaller office space /studio with a high quality memory foam folding single bed. There is a well-equipped kitchen and an open dining and living room area. The spacious front porch allows comfortable outdoor seating. . A/C is available as well as full size laundry facilities.
