Linens & Damage Policy:
Bed sheets, towels, and blankets are provided for guest use and are expected to be treated with reasonable care. Any damage including stains that cannot be removed—will result in additional cleaning or replacement charges.

Any outdoor noise after 10 pm and music that can be heard on the street is strictly prohibited. Visit by security forfeits deposit.

The host was very attentive and the location was great for our needs. It's a beautiful LARGE home with a garage for parking which was a plus since it happened to be very rainy on our trip. We were able to invite extended family over for dinner with take out easily at the large dining table and comfortable family room.

Beverly Hills Dream Home

The property was gorgeous, our stay was wonderful! It was the perfect place for our family vacation. The host was very responsive and communicative throughout the entire stay. It was a great experience and I would definitely recommend.

The location is great if you want to be near Beverly Hills, West Hollywood, Fairfax, etc. And just about equally distant from LAX and Burbank airports. The rooftop is great on a nice day, but the furnishings are worn and dirty. Overall, this is great place for larger groups with plenty of space (including bathrooms)

Not as Advertised — Would Not RecommendThe location is good, but unfortunately this home was not as advertised. Two upstairs showers were unusable—one was ice cold and the other scalding hot due to broken temperature controls. We contacted the host multiple times and were told they were aware of the issue, but nothing was done. The other showers were also difficult to adjust.The listing showed a ping pong table, but there was none. The garage was filled with tools/paint cans and was too narrow to comfortably fit two cars. We were promised street-parking permits, but none were provided.The kitchen was poorly equipped for a large group. Dishes were dirty, there were not enough glasses, only one baking sheet, and the coffee makers barely worked. No Keurig pods were provided despite the listing stating coffee was included. We also found ants on the kitchen counter daily.There were additional fees for the hot tub, pool heating, and early/late check-in/out. The pool also did not have the waterfalls shown in the listing.The washing machine was moldy and unusable, towels and sheets were discolored, furniture was damaged, and the home generally appeared dirty and poorly maintained.After our stay, the host claimed there was nothing wrong with the showers despite previously acknowledging the issue. Overall, the property did not match the listing and the host was difficult to deal with. We would not recommend this property.

Great house and location. Unfortunately, the conditions were absolutely deplorable. The house is in desperate need of a deep cleaning. It is obvious the host is more concerned about turning over the property to teh best next guest then to check and keep up the condition of the house. Dirt in every corner, paint peeling off the walls, stains on the walls and carpets, pots and plans that were not clean, appliances that look like they need to be thrown away and replaced, items, including garbage left over from previous tenant (including used bandaids), items and debris left in pool, cigarette butts on patio floor, linens that smelled of mildew because of a washing machine that needs cleaning and maintenance, Mildew around the shower heads, and the list goes on. And did I mention the level of dirt. I never complain. I contacted the host upon arrival and let them know about the conditions. I invited them to come themselves to see. They sent someone from the property management team (they were nice), but other than taking notice and nodding in agreement of the conditions for everything i pointed out, sometimes even with gasps of their own disgust, the host/manager did not nothing, offered nothing, said nothing. It is unfortunate, as the house is a great house in a great location, and I am sure with some care and attention it would stay that way for everyone to enjoy the way it was meant to be.

Sorry for anyone who has already paid to stay here. The property is NOT as advertised. Property management fails to communicate properly, and contact with the owner is non existent (being protected by the management group). There were stains on the floors, moldy walls, broken mirrors, and ants among other bugs along the counter tops in the kitchen. Also the listing shows a rooftop with several lights and a fire-pit. Nope neither work. If that didnt make it bad enough, we had a severe issue with the front gate. After being given instructions on how to properly open and close, once the gate close there was a mechanical issue and would not reopen. Because of this our rental car was TRAPPED in the driveway for an entire day. We were forced to call ubers and our only ask was to have those charges reimbursed. (Not to mention paying for our rental car and not even being able to use it, but we ignored that). Rather than taking care of things the property manager attempted to make us at fault for the issue with the gate (we had text message receipts of one of their reps giving us said instructions). Unbelievable.In any matter after check out we made numerous attempts to contact property management in efforts for reimbursement of our ubers or contact with the owner and they are simply deflecting & ignoring. Not sure how this is even legal after paying thousands of dollars for our stay. My group plans to further escalate this matter and highly DO NOT RECOMMEND staying here.

EXCELLENT LOCATION AND VERY SPACIOUS PROPERTY!

We could not have asked for an easier or better location to all of our weekend activities in LA. Close to restaurants, entertainment, highways - all of it. We were able to easily get in/out and park. The house was very comfortable and everyone had plenty of space during the stay. The roof deck was icing on top - literally!

Great location, but the traffic on la Cienega blvd can get hectic. Amazing home. Some of the rooftop furniture should be refurbished, especially that Egg chair…not stable enough for anyone to sit in. Person actually fell out of it due to the lack of it being sturdy!

This is an excellent house in a great neighborhood. Close to everything. The house has a bit more wear and tear than is seen in the photos but nothing that is a cause for too much concern. The property manager is extremely responsive

Great spot in Beverly Hills

Stayed here during the US Open at LACC. The home was beautiful and very open. Perfect for hosting friends, family, guests. Tons of bedrooms and a great rooftop hangout area with an awesome pool as well. Everything was as expected and very tastefully done. Would 100% come back. Price was very fair as well

Beautiful House!

I booked this house for my birthday. The location was in a safe area and not far from the things my friends and I wanted to do. The house was clean. Check in was a breeze, the house looked like the pictures posted, and the communication was fast. We only found minor things that appeared to be worn or broken, but nothing drastic. I communicated issues that were found and got a quick response. I would definitely book this house again. If you are considering this house, BOOK IT!

Girl's Weekend Heaven

This place was perfect for our girl's weekend in WeHo. It was clean and well stocked and the beds were super comfy. Very small gripes were that the dishwasher wasn't functioning properly, so meals we cooked were tough to clean, the outdoor grill didn't heat evenly so we had to cook our meat inside after a sad attempt at cooking, and lastly the hot tub has to be pre-heated and only stays hot for two hours before shutting off, which made it nearly impossible to use. That said, the location can't be beat, the rooftop deck was heavenly, and the built in speakers that connect with bluetooth made it a true haven. We loved every moment there and are already plotting our return. Thank you for making our girl's weekend memorable!

Perfect Girls Trip Getaway!We recently stayed at this beautiful VRBO property for a girls trip, and I can confidently say it was everything we hoped for and more! The house is stunning, spacious, and absolutely perfect for our group of eight. With plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms, we never felt cramped.The highlight of our stay was the gorgeous pool and hot tub, which were perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. The rooftop was an ideal location for our morning Pilates sessions, offering a serene atmosphere to start the day. The location is unbeatable—within walking distance to bars and restaurants, and an easy ride to other attractions. Everyone was amazed by how well everything matched the photos—what we saw online didn’t do it justice! The hosts were incredibly responsive and made us feel right at home. We were initially worried that it might be too good to be true, but it exceeded our expectations. I highly recommend this house for your next getaway!

Girls Family Trip

We had a girls weekend at this house with family members of all ages. The location was great and the property manager was responsive. The house also was spacious and we enjoyed the pool and roof deck. But, considering the price, the property was not clean, especially the outdoor areas, which were not wiped down. There were cobwebs and cigarette butts on the roof deck. And some of the outdoor furniture by the pool and on the deck were broken.

Hot Tub request

Everything was great, but we wished the hot tub was warmer.... most hot tubs are 100 or so, so 94 seemed like a "warm tub" not a hot tub. It would be nice for you to increase your programming to a warmer tub! Thank you!
