Check-out instructions

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Ensure all dishes and cookware have been thoroughly cleaned and stored. If a FEW items didnt get clean, leave those in the dishwasher. Leave the sheets on beds. Put used towels in the bathroom tub.
Lock all doors and windows. All appliances and AC is off. Ensure outdoor chairs and grill covers are on.
Take out trash and recyclables and put in bins on side of the house.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Review the rental agreement on this listing for additional house rules. Renting of this property accepts all house rules an rental agreement terms.
This is a family neighborhood and respect of the neighbors and the noise restrictions must be adhered to. No indoor or outdoor loud noises after 10pm.

We had a great stay! The location was very convenient and made it easy to get around and explore. The layout of the house worked really well for our group, and the yard was beautiful—such a nice bonus.The home could use a few updates, but it didn’t take away from our experience since we were out and about most of the time. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and appreciated everything the home had to offer.

We had a wonderful stay at this rental! The space was clean, spacious, and very comfortable, making it a perfect place to relax after a busy day exploring Los Angeles.The location was fantastic close to Universal Studios Hollywood, which was one of the highlights of our trip, and surrounded by so many amazing food spots nearby. It’s the perfect place to stay if you want to be close to all the excitement and energy of LA, but still have a comfortable place to come back to and unwind.Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area

Great place to stay! A beautiful home with a lovely private backyard/ patio area. Host was very responsive and answered all my questions before and during my stay. I was able to host a lowkey gathering (with permission from the host) and used the grill for the occasion. Very easy to use! The home was equipped very simple standard items such as cooking and eating utensils, and towels and soap in the bathrooms. Happy with the big clean beds!! Plenty of room for everyone to be comfy.

Great quiet home close to studios

We stayed here recently on a trip to LA to visit some of the studios, Hollywood, Burbank, and Malibu. Great location if you are looking to stay in the northern end of the LA area. The home is beautiful and the backyard is a wonderful relaxing retreat. Would absolutely stay again!!
