Our remodeled 3 bedroom contemporary home is ideal for multi-generational families to gather privately or chic couples getaway. Modern and fully equipped kitchen w kitchen island that opens up to large and gated outdoor space. Living Room stocked with family board games and 65" SmartTV.
We have a $250 Pool Heat and Jacuzzi Fee in the Summer. Winter Season the pool heat fee is $500 based on your length of stay. Jacuzzi can not be separated and can only be heat up via the pool heat fee.

We also have an equally as important commitment to our neighbors and our community. Below are the house rules that we must enforce. Please read them as well as all your guests prior to confirming your reservation.
* Minimum age to book is 25 years old. Valid photo IDs will be required from all Adult Guests.
* Check-in is after 4 pm | Check out is at 11 am.
MAX NUMBER OF OCCUPANTS 8 - includes infants. Extra Guest Fee applies. ** All Outside Visitors Must Be Pre-Approved**.
The Property is to be occupied by no more than the maximum sleep number stated on reservation unless approved in writing by Management. If Guest exceeds the occupancy limit and falsifies occupancy information at the time of reservation, Guest shall be subject to eviction. "Occupants" includes small children, infants and any and all visitors. If more than the maximum number is found to be occupying the Property at any time, you agree that a charge of $100 per person/per day will be made to your credit card. Additionally, this Agreement may be immediately terminated without a refund of any amounts paid. No Exceptions.
NO PARTIES OR EVENTS - due to the City of LA's strict ban of parties of large groups we need exact headcounts of your guests at all times.
A party is defined as any combination of the following; ANY loud noise and/or excessive drinking that is disruptive to neighboring houses and/or guests outnumbering the maximum amount permitted as defined above. A party will result in an immediate eviction from the property with no refund given under any circumstance. Any exceptions to this policy must be approved by iTrip in writing prior to the arrival date.
NEIGHBOR COMPLAINTS
Actions by guests that result in neighbor complaints or police being called to the Property will result in a minimum $250 charge, which charge will be used to deal with legal issues and fines.
CITY OF LA NOISE ORDINANCE - QUIET HOURS: 10 pm – 8 am. No Outdoor Music or Loud Voices during this time.
NO SMOKING - Outdoors Only. Smoking is allowed outside only. If any trace of smoke is found inside the home, there will be a strictly enforced $500 fine and the cost to eliminate residual odors. Any traces of smoking inside the home will be a $500 fine.
* We require valid photo IDs of all guests. All Outside Guest must be preapproved.
* In the event of an emergency to perform necessary repairs and/or maintenance, we reserve the right to enter the property.
* Any unapproved late Check Out’s will automatically be charged $100 late check out fee per hour.

Nice home, very clean and we loved the privacy of the pool. The hosts were pleasant and quick to respond to almost all of our questions and concerns. The air conditioner stopped working the last two days of our stay and they came over immediately with a fix that was only temporary. I texted them the next day to let them know that it was not working again and got no response. A response would have been nice. We really did enjoy our stay despite being extra warm.

A place to stay
The home was adequate and was as advertised and was in a great location. We attended the shepherd's conference, so it was really great! I would stay here again!
My family and I had a great stay at this place. The communication with the property manager was excellent from the moment we landed in LA. The pool and jacuzzi was spot on and hanging out by the pool side was one of the best highlights of our trip. Overall a great stay.

Great Family Vacation

Great location, it seemed that whenever we needed to go some where it was just 10-20 mins away, including Burbank Airport. The house is very clean, very nice towels and sheets were perfect. Plenty of televisions, very handy to catch the NBA Finals and the beginning of the Euro Cup. Television outside on the patio with high top with firepit and great grill. Nice compliment of appliances too.

The house is well maintained owner was very responsive. Pool instructions could be clearer. However the property manager was in contact and very helpful getting it working for us. Ac worked well for our stay. Having the ability to control the thermostat was a welcome feature.
Our family of 4 stayed for 6 nights in this immaculately clean house in a safe-feeling street very near to Universal and not far from the Griffith Observatory. Room sizes were great and the addition of the dressing room was ideal to keep cases & packing etc. Appliances were all large & made the difference to our stay; humongous washer & drier! Pool ticked the box for the kids & was heated upon request. The open-plan living kitchen area was a fab space for our family after a busy day exploring LA. Would highly recommend, thanks for having us!

Our family really enjoyed staying here. It was in a great location, less than 5 minutes from the freeway, and close to Universal Studios. Very clean home with great spaces. Owners were good at communicating quickly to help fix small issues we had at the beginning. The pool was never cleaned and has no cover, so it was a little dirty with outside debris, but it wasn’t a big issue. The house was well suited with amenities although we did wish laundry detergent was provided. Overall a really great stay with helpful hosts, and we recommend staying here!

an alright stay for the most part. Itrip is difficult to keep track if and navigate outside of Vrbo. There was a pretty large leak in the kitchen that i nearly slipped on because there was a decent sized puddle. There were also a couple of earwigs I found on the floor and a couple ants in the pantry cabinet. Also if food was left out for more than an hour or even a crumb on the counter ants would absolutely swarm it. Knobs on the stove were also falling off. Overall a decent stay but would hope these issues get addressed.

Please know that this is the first report of a leak at this property. Any report of any leak needs to be reported to management and we immediately send maintenance to fix it. We highly encourage all our guests to reach out to us immediately during their stay when issues like this arise so we can address them promptly and ensure you are comfortable.
The same goes for the presence of ants. We would have happily sent pest control right away if we had known. We have already sent our maintenance team to address the leak and secure the stove knobs, and we also scheduled professional service to actively treat the property for ants.
We are always working to improve and elevate the guest experience.

Clean, easy rental
Located smack dab in the middle of the urban jungle, it's a nicely maintained home with central access in Van Nuys. Appliances are updated and the beds are extremely comfortable. The pool and the pool equipment are pretty dated but it was very clean. I don't think I'd recommend for those with little kids because there is no pool fence, but it's just fine for teenagers and older adults. Views? No. On the beach? No. But if you're looking for a good jumping off point for Universal or Warner Brothers or a day trip up the coast this will give you a good night sleep.
