Our daughter, son-in-law & grandkids stayed for two nights. The property was immaculate, well appointed and commutation with the owner was easy! The pool & hot tub were icing on the cake!!

For the purpose of our stay the house was adequate. However, the online pictures look much nicer than the real thing. The pool is ok, but the pictures make the outside area seem much bigger. Also, the light in the main hall bathroom was broken, making it a very dark room.

Perfect Labor Day weekend get away to watch a football game at The Rose Bowl. Much superior experience compared to staying in a hotel. The house has plenty of space and 3 bathrooms was really nice. The backyard with pool and spa was seriously the best! We walked to the Rose Bowl walking path every morning, swam and laid in the sun and saw a lot of tourist spots in Hollywood. Highly recommend this house for anyone going to an event in Hollywood or Pasadena. Gina was also incredible! Her communication exceeded expectations. Only thing to note is that there aren’t any dressers or drawers. It wasn’t a big deal - we just lived out of our suitcase and it didn’t impact our stay at all. Just a nice to know!

Perfect LA Retreat

This home in Pasadena was a great location to explore everything that LA has to offer. Nestled on a quiet street it was accessible to all the tourist hot spots, also close to the grocery store and gas stations. We enjoyed a perfect day at the homes pool which provided much relief from the California sun! Gina was an amazing host, super responsive and available! Would highly recommend this home

Lovely stay

Great Family Vacation Spot

Our family of four was super comfortable in this lovely house. We have family scattered around the LA area so Pasadena is a great central location for us. The house and pool were lovely and we quite enjoyed our stay.

Wonderful property for all ages!

We booked this property for ourselves, my elderly parents, and our children to spend the weekend in Pasadena. The beds were extremely comfortable, the house was immaculate, and the backyard was an amazing oasis! I would highly recommend this property, and will definitely plan on staying here again!

The property was as listed. It was clean, in a safe area and in close proximity to the areas that we visited. Unfortunately the weather was too cool for us to enjoy the pool or hot tub. We would stay there again.

Beautiful Home

Our family enjoyed a fantastic stay while in the LA area for a week. The house is very clean and nicely appointed. The house is as advertised. The backyard was a special treat with nice privacy and a lovely space. We would certainly consider staying for future trips.

Resort quality pool and spa

Loved the property! The house is clean and modern in a nice quiet neighborhood. Location was close to shopping and freeway access. Love the resort quality backyard pool and spa, a fun oasis for a family vacation. We especially liked the fan and convenient luggage racks in each room. Our host was very responsive. We would definitely stay here again.

Great Stay in Pasadena!

We really enjoyed our stay here! Very homey and comfy. We spent a lot of time in the pool area. It was definitely worth it to pay to heat the pool. The pictures don't do the pool/yard justice - it was so pretty and relaxing. The neighborhood was quiet. Gina checked in a couple of times to make sure everything was good. If we're ever in the area again - we would definitely book here again!

Perfect everything!

This home was the perfect place to stay for the Pasadena half marathon. It is a welcoming, beautiful, very clean home. The set up is great with the three bedrooms, three bathrooms and two living room areas. The best part is the backyard! The home owner created an amazing place to relax, bbq and hang out with family. You can even hang out there at night at the great picnic table with strung lights hanging above. We would definitely rent again!

Fantastic getaway

My family of 3 really enjoyed our time at this Pasadena Airbnb. The house is a great size for a family of 4 or 5. There are 3 good size bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. There's also a pull out couch, so technically you could have 2 more people. However, I believe there is a charge per person for more than 4 people which I think is kind of strange. Not sure if this is an VRBO policy??? The house was very clean, there's a washer, dryer, microwave, and dishwasher. The refrigerator doesn't have an ice maker. There are ice trays, but I suggest buying a bag of ice when you do your shopping. There are 2 living rooms which was really nice to have with a TV each. All electronics worked well. The bedrooms do not have any TVs. I agree with past reviews that the Master bathroom needs a small cabinet, stool, or something to place bathroom necessities on. The kitchen was stocked fairly well, but *really* needs sharp knives, outdoor plates and platters, those are a *must*. I was surprised there weren't any since the backyard is so lovely to hang out in. The backyard is a great size. There's an area to sit, 4 lounge chairs, an expandable picnic table and a bar with a grill. We were there during a 90 degree plus week so I was excited to see an outdoor mini fridge to put drinks and snacks in so we wouldn't have to keep going back and forth to the kitchen, but unfortunately it didn't work well. The fridge never got cold. More grilling equipment needs to be provided such as a metal spatula and tongs. Again, I agree with past reviews that an additional outdoor umbrella is needed. There isn't much shade. Of course the main highlight is the pool, its beautiful, a good size with a jacuzzi. The pool was clean upon arrival and serviced once during our 1 week stay. The pool can be heated upon request which I think is fantastic. There is an extra charge for it. Pool towels are provided, but they aren't "true" pool/beach towels. If renting during the summer definitely bring mosquito spray. The neighborhood for the most part was fine. Our only problem was the house next door was doing some sort of construction in the backyard and woke us up very early every morning with an electric saw. The AC worked beautifully.The WiFi also worked very well. My husband didn't have any problems with his work conference video calls. I hope to see improvements with the outdoor fridge, dishes, pool towels. We had such a great time we've already booked a future stay! Looking forward to it

A delight in SoCal

The house was in a quiet neighborhood with cool eats and coffee a quick walk away. After a long day in L.A. sites and traffic, it was so nice to get the hot tub going. There was plenty of room to spread out and recharge. Host was very attentive and responsive with any questions I had.

Great pool - well stocked

Our hosts were excellent and great at communication. We had the pool heated and though our days were cold the pool and hot tub were nice for the kids. The yard is a bit disconnected feeling from the kitchen, but it worked.

USC game

We wanted a space where we could relax and visit as our group came from all over 3 different states. We were very happy with the space. This is turning into an annual trip and we would book this again. I’d recommend a patio heater for the pool deck during the fall but other than that, we were happy!
