The perfect location for our trip to see GN’R at The Rose Bowl! Close to everything, but in a safe, quiet neighborhood. The house was spacious and comfortable, pool and spa were fabulous, and Gina was an excellent host. Highly recommended!

The location was great for attending a football game at the Rose Bowl. We walked there and back and it was about 1.5 miles each way. Gina was very kind and let us put our luggage inside the house before check-in time so we could head to the game. The hot tub was great and heated up nicely. The pool was a bit disappointing with lots of leaves on the bottom and the outdoor furniture needed some cleaning. The house was generally clean but could use some updating and attention to detail. Overall, it met our needs for a football weekend.

Host is great, she replies to any need quickly. The home is a steal for the LA area price wise. 3 nice bedrooms and a pull out was more than enough for us. The back yard with pool and hot tub was an oasis after busy days. Would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Such a nice retreat! The pool and spa, and patios were absolutely delightful. Also the house was super cozy, VERY well stocked and equipped, incredibly comfortable beds, and well stocked kitchen. Also everything was immaculately clean. We hope to return one day!

Great place for extended family

Central location for our family trip to Disneyland and Universal Studios. Fully equipped kitchen for cooking meals and we enjoyed the outdoor space with pool and hot tub. Highly recommend for groups traveling to LA.

Great Family Vacation Spot

Our family of four was super comfortable in this lovely house. We have family scattered around the LA area so Pasadena is a great central location for us. The house and pool were lovely and we quite enjoyed our stay.
