The very attractive semi-detached house is only a few minutes' walk from the south beach. The apartment is spread over 2 levels, is modern and comfortably furnished. Everything is very bright and friendly - feel good in every season!
Apartment 3 is about 40 square meters and is distributed on two levels.
The apartment consists of:

* Kitchen with dining area
* Bath
Your apartment has a separate entrance, lies back and is very quiet. On the ground floor you will find the spacious shower bathroom, u. a. with towel warmer and hairdryer.
