This beautifully renovated semi-detached house, over 100 years old, offers a comfortable ambience for your vacation. It is located in the center of a small village, Grizane, and is just a few minutes drive from the sea. The access to the house is through the owner's yard, but a fence provides the necessary privacy. The outdoor jacuzzi on the terrace is a special feature. On the first floor is the living area and upstairs are three bedrooms. This vacation home offers a quiet vacation not far from the beautiful beaches of Crikvenica.

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus, modern und geschmackvoll eingerichtet, Küche ist voll ausgestattet, sehr nette Vermieter. Der Parkplatz befindet sich etwas abseits vom Objekt, in der Nähe ist ein kleiner Supermarkt. Der Ort selbst liegt in Hanglage und die Straße dorthin ist ziemlich kurvenreich und weist viele Bodenwellen auf.Wir haben uns auf jeden Fall sehr wohlgefühlt und einen schönen Urlaub verbracht.
