This is an ideal house for a quiet vacation.
Spend a relaxing and quiet vacation in this beautiful semi-detached house with a beautiful view of greenery and nature in the small town of Smrika on the Croatian coast. The house is located on the first floor and you have direct access to the garden, which is planted with lots of greenery.
The interior of the house is spacious and comfortable on two levels and a few steps lead from the hallway to the living room. There are 3 bedrooms, a large living room with kitchen and two bathrooms. From there you can access a large open terrace where you can relax and dine. In the garden, in the shade of a tree, there is another terrace with a barbecue. Read a book or drink a cocktail while enjoying the shade on the sun loungers. The house has air conditioning, Wi-Fi and an indoor fireplace.
Visit the famous tourist destination in Crikvenica with lots of entertainment, beautiful beaches and various opportunities for an active vacation. In the town of Rijeka, you can do good shopping. In nearby Grobnik you will find promenades, hiking trails, karting trails, motorcycle trails. Take a trip to Tribaljsko Lake or Risnjak National Park with many cultural and sporting events. Also get to know the rich historical heritage of the region and the rich gastronomic and offer.
