The house worked perfectly for our family. It was spacious, with good-sized bedrooms, in a nice neighborhood. Kitchen was very large with everything you would need. Lots of parking at the house. Being steps away from the Jewitt house and the beach was very convenient since we were there for a wedding at that location. We enjoyed our stay! Highly recommend.

Perfect place for our family with adult children and preschool age grandchildren. Everyone had their own space but there was also plenty of room for us to gather. We enjoyed the backyard and walking to the beach access.

Host answered pre arrival questions quickly! Very comfortable home for 10 adults. Tidy, clean - very comfortable beds (2 king suites). Lovely back yard patio, quiet neighborhood. Great location to Tubbs trail and Sanders beach. Good parking. Fun ping pong and gas grill worked great.

The house and the property are awesome! Beautiful neighborhood, easy walk to the lake, short drive to the heart of CDA. Parking spaces for multiple vehicles. Kitchen was well stocked, thought definitely needs some organization. Lids should be with respective pots and bowls! Suggest adding place mats for the dining table. Used the grill 2x, and the outdoor fire pit every night, plus one morning with our coffee. With bedrooms on 3 different levels, great place for families.

Great house

House is just as described. Location is really awesome - walking distance to lake, docks, downtown area and an amazing playground and splash pad for kids. Backyard is really pretty, we had a great time grilling back there. Would definitely recommend, especially for groups - the house is kind of spread out so there’s different areas for everyone to have their own space

Excellent stay close to the lake

We had a wonderful expirience here. Just 2 blocks up from the beach, the location of the house was awesome! Neighborhood is quiet and serene. The house itself was beautiful and well maintained with plenty of entertainment for everyone including a ping pong table that the kids thoroughly enjoyed. 10/10 would recommend and hopefully will get to stay again soon!

Thanksgiving Stay

Loved this home! It is perfect for a large group! The home is decorated nicely, kitchen is perfect for large family dinners and the location is ideal! We hiked Tubbs Hill, walked to Sherman Ave and enjoyed the quiet neighborhood. Will come back in the summer!
