The standig individually holiday home, built in 1724 and renovated in 2014 is rustic and functional furnished. The property is located on the outskirts. The domicile is also popular because of the view over the lake from the property and the quiet and sunny location at the edge of the woods and at the water. For exclusive use are available: sunbathing area, sun lounger, children's playground, swing, sandpit, garden shower, grill possibility, garden furniture, fire place and court. The landlord lives in a separate building on the property. Use on over 400 square meters. The half-timbered house is a listed, functional, country-style watermill on the river. There are a total of 5 holiday apartments there: BRA UCK 001, BRA UCK 002 (3 people each), BRA UCK 003 (4 people), BRA UCK 004 (2 people), BRA UCK 005 (12 people). The apartments have been ecologically renovated with clay walls and hemp insulation. The mill room is a museum and at the same time a common room for celebrations with up to 50 people.
