Das Grundstück ist offen und ggü eines Parkplatzes, wo reger Verkehr ist von Leuten, die zum See gehen. Die Tischtennisplatte, wie auf dem Bild zu sehen, steht nicht auf dem Grundstück, sondern mit der Sauna aseits vom Haus. Whirlpool wurde erst am Anreisetag gefüllt ohne Chlor o. Ä. Nun haben 5 von uns die Whirlpool Dermatitis. Besitzer wohnt nebenan, kommt einfach aufs Grundstück, wenn man unter der Dusche ist mit Kippfenster. Im Whirlpool wird man vom Besitzer direkt beobachtet. Null Privatsphäre. Zu wenig Sitzplätze im Haus und auf der Terrasse (ebenfalls direkt vor dem Parkplatz). Haus ist für 12, generell nur 8 Sitzplätze, egal an welchem Tisch. Wasser- und Stromkosten zusätzlich fällig, obwohl für Sauna und Whirlpool einmalig jeweils 60 bereits bezahlt. Vermietetes Boot (40 ) total dreckig, mit dreckigem Regenwasser gefüllt und hätten wir selbst zum See tragen müssen. Wofür dann die Mietgebühr?! Keine Fliegennetze an den Fenstern. Spinnen, Käfer, Fliegen und Mücken also unweigerlich dauerhaft im Haus. Alles bis auf das mit dem Hautausschlag angesprochen (dieser tritt erst bis 72 Stunden später auf), für den Vermieter alles nicht so schlimm und ganz normal. "Boot fahren sei ein Abenteuer, also gehört auch das reinigen und tragen dazu" und Fliegennetze bringen eh nichts.... Nie wieder buchen wir dieses überteuerte Objekt ohne Privatsphäre und mit verdrecktem Whirlpool!!! Achso und Lautstärke ist ab 19 Uhr verboten, schließlich hat er das Hausrecht, war das Argument.

Wir (3 Personen) habe die exklusive Ehre gehabt, für zwei Wochen die wirklich ersten Gäste in dem neuen Haus zu sein. Wer ein Holzhaus mit dem Charm eines Bauernhauses sucht aber auf allen Komfort (Waschmaschine, WLAN, Spülmaschine etc etc.) nicht verzichten will, ist hier goldrichtig. Die Ausstattung lässt keine Wünsche offen. Wer etwas Ahnung von Holz hat, wird Details im/am Haus erkennen, die die Verliebtheit des Erbauers am Konstruieren mit dem Werkstoff "Holz" widerspiegelt. Die Stärke des Hauses wird durch die Ruhe des Niemandslandes und insbesondere des Sees, direkt vor der Tür ergänzt. Der See selbst wird übrigens nur von den Dorfbewohnern und Urlaubern benutzt. Das Haus liegt am Ende einer Sackgasse, dass der Straßenverkehr eines uckermärkischen Dorfes (#LACH) noch ruhiger ausfällt. Natürlich waren noch 1-2 Stellen im Haus als noch nicht ganz abgeschlossen zu erkennen - aber das wird noch - und war vorher auch noch mal kommuniziert worden (Lieferengpässe). Apropos die angenehme Familie der Hausbesitzer wohnt gleich nebenan, ist somit ansprechbar und hat immer einen Ausflugstipp oder sonstige Empfehlungen (Restaurants in der Umgebung oÄ) parat. Fazit: Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!
